One of mine has arrived today - strange as it is the one we ordered last. It too (for some reason) has a sticker over the 1st class postage part but was delivered by Royal Mail. Just waiting for the second one to arrive now.

I ordered mine on the 28th March throught quidco, it arrived on Tuesday 6th April, but hasn,t tracked yet. Should I be worried? How long is reasonable to wait. £25 a month is lot of money.

I ordered my sim on 28th March, received on 6th. My order on my o2 account still says 'in progress'........Ive rang them an they dont know when it will go to complete.

Just hoping this is the reason my transaction isnt tracking on Quidco!!

Hi,
Is anybody else having problems getting their £200 cashback from the O2 deal advertised on MSE via topcashback.co.uk. ?

I registered it on time , O2 gave me the £25 deal not the £200. Am still going to persue it....

Did you clear your cookies, and go via topcashback.com directly. Have you submitted a claim on topcashback.com for an incorrect amount?

It's been said before by TCB reps and others that it will initially track at £25, before being uplifted to £200 when it's paid. This was also stated on the TCB site when the deal was on. So don't worry, everything is correct.

It's the rest of us whose orders have not been tracked at all that should be worried.

My order status is 'complete' and it still hasn't been tracked by TCB.

Just reading some of these posts I am wondering if it is possible to arrange poting your number to your new sim if you do not have it?
