But how can you prove your date of receipt? I ordered a sim on the 31st but it only arrived yesterday (11th), the date posted was the 1st so i dont know where it went in between

I phoned up o2 customer services to adjust my billing to start from when the sim arrived and they said they'd put a note on my account that I only received the sim on the 11th, giving me 14 days from then to cancel. I'd advise anyone who thinks they may cancel to do the same.

Is anyone still outstanding their SIM cards? I ordered 2, one was for Iphone and the other was a generic smartphone SIM. My generic one arrived the other day but I am still awaiting the one for the Iphone.

i got my contract on 30 March. No SIM card yet and TCB and O2 don't seem interested in talking about cashback.

MSE keeping quiet on this one .... ?

14 days from order date on Wed 14 April, though technically i haven't received the SIM card so the 14 days hasn't started.

Hi im going to cancel today because even if i wait 14 days from today TCB wont submit a claim till the end of the month, will be risky then because ive previously submitted a claim nov 09 and not even had a reply yet, so if ur cashback has tracked u will be ok if not then its abit risky...

O2 emailed me saying I had a bill of £300 waiting for me. Erm, yeah right!

I sent back my sim card last week and cancelled my DD via my online banking!

Did you call them to cancel your contract? If not, you have violated the T&C for cancelling DD without informing them that you are cancelling the contract, which you have to do by calling their CS number.

Anyway I have called O2 and cancelled my contract. Hope anyone taking the risk will get their cashback eventually!

Please could you look at the above since it seems I like many customers who were attracted to this deal through MSL are seemingly NOT tracking at £200 but at £25.

Top Cash Back are ignoring the worries, are not issuing an uneqivocal statment and the issue seems worringly similar to usual big business tactics.

    Please advise?

Oh. My. God. How many times does someone have to say this. TOPCASHBACK MADE IT CLEAR BEFORE CLICKING THROUGH TO O2 THAT THE TRANSACTIONS WOULD INITIALLY TRACK AT 25, AND THEN GRADUALLY RISE TO 200 BEFORE BECOMING PAYABLE. The TCB representative who wrote on the forum also said this. Stop asking annoying questions without first reading what has already been repeated several times before. It creates forum clutter.
