I for one will never use Top Cash Back again and I will heavily promote all of my friends and family and anyone else who is prepared to listen to use quidco instead.

They could have done much more and reacted more quickly had they chosen to. They have chosen not to and to instead let dozens of people down.

As I said before - shame on you TCB!!

I went through quidco and it hasn't tracked at all yet. You cant query it for 30 days, which isn't much help really.

I cancelled my sim wit no problem earlier this week as I got an IPhone on 3 instead. Just checked my Quidco and the £200.00 tracked on Thursday. Dont think I will get the money but oh well have a lovely new IPhone.

I ordered mine on 31st and it originally tracked at £25.

My cashback amount has been upgraded today too but only to £125 from £25. Is anyone else having the same amount instead of £200?

I ordered 2 of these Sims - 1 x Iphone and 1 x Smartphone Sim. My Iphone has now gone to £200 but the Smartphone is only showing as £125 like uncommon13.

We took a screenshot when the offer was on and it definately said that it would show as £20 + £5 for the data but would be eligible for the £200 cashback.
