    Anyone heard anything now that the 30 day 'on ice' period is over? My status at TCB just says 'waiting on Topcashback'

    One of mine is still tracking at £125 instead of the £200.

    Another worrying thing is that I have just checked on my account and some of the items (nothing to do with this phone deal) that were showing up as payable have now reverted back to confirmed rather than the payable that they were.

    Thanks for the information that you have submitted, however, would you please be able to provide your 9 digit order number that also has a prefix of 'on-' in relation to this claim (which looks like the following; on-002925205)?

    Can anyone tell me where I would find this number as I have looked at emails but cant see anything resembling this.

    should be in the emails youve rceived plus on an invoice on your actucal received order (i.e. the sim card)

    Hey, does anyone know if you can downgrade the simplicity 12 month contracts after say 9 months like other o2 contracts? I went for the £25 iPhone simplicity tarrif and dont use all of the 900 minutes, would i be able to downgrade to the £20 or even £15 iPhone tarrif at any point?

    For anyone who got the deal on the smartphone and it was tracking at £125, check your account as mine has now been uplifted to the full £200 today.
