I fear I am one of many MSE regulars who has not recieved anything from TCB relating to the O2 cashback - sent many messages to their enquiries team but no constructive response yet. You'd have though that nearly 3 months after signing up to a 12 month deal, something would have happened by now but like sweetsyd, not a dicky bird!

Same here. Hasn't tracked yet. Lodged a query months ago, sent nudges on a regular basis, and nothing. Not impressed with TopCashBack so far...

Despite contacting Topcashback and nudging my claim, still absolutely nothing. Have now tried contacting O2 direct but they're saying there's no cashback offer attached to my account and that I should check with TCB who say they're waiting for O2 who say I should check with TCB who say..... Very, very shoddy!:(

I took the Simplicity for Smart Phones Package at £25/month which should give £200 cashback.

Ordered on the 31st of March 2010. After a week it had not shown up on top cash back so I submitted my query on the 7th of April 2010.

There was a few messages back and forth with topcashback asking for the order number etc. I asked for an update 3 months ago and received this response:

Hi

Your claim has been submitted to the retailer on 30/04/2010 (via their affiliate network who run their programme for them). You should have received an email from us advising you of this fact.

We now have to simply wait until the retailer and affiliate network have manually reviewed your claim and advised us of the appropriate action (which will hopefully be to pay cashback). As you can imagine, some retailers are better at this than others and although most reply within set time limits - some retailers can take several months to respond.

I hope that helps to explain where we are up to.

Is this something Martin could contact Top Cash Back for as it seems we are getting nowhere? £200 is a lot of money.

Just received an email advising the £200 from my transaction in March has now been added. I've not to get my hopes up as O2 could still remove it but it's a start! Anyone else that's been waiting since March heard anything?

I just got this too today, such a coincidence after posting here yesterday?

£200 O2 cashback which eventually tracked after six months of waiting and emailing has now jumped to payable after only 3 days! Nice bottle of something white tonight to celebrate! Good luck to everyone else waiting for their money:T
