i completely agree driving in florida is blissfull i went about 4 years ago drove from orlando to the west coast right down to the keys back up the east coast to daytona and back across to orlando was lovely, dont know if its still the same but when i was in orlando there was many places on international drive advertising very cheap tickets to the parks sure ones we ended up getting were actually free, all we had to was drive a few miles to a hotel where they gave us breakfast and tried to sell us time share apartments for an hour, you keep saying no and eventually leave with a two day pass to the park of your choice.0

Hi does anyone know if there’s such a thing as a 1 or 2 day pass into the Magic Kingdom or can you pay on the gate for a day’s admission?
We don’t want to go into all of the Disney parks, have chosen the 5 park Orlando flexi ticket instead. We like the look of the Magic Kingdom, but don’t want to fork out for the ultimate or premium passes.
Any ideas appreciated...0 -
Yes, you can get 1 day and 2 day tickets, the more days the better value they become. YOu can buy them on the gate, but the good dollar rate at the moment may mean it is a good idea to buy them soon.
This all may be of use and give the different ticket options and they are relaible.

Thanks Amys
That was just what i was after. Do you know if we can get around the Magic Kingdom in 1 day?0 -
It can be done, but it is big and you would need to start early to avoid the crowds. It also depends ion the time fo year, if it is the height of summer corwds will mean there are long queues.
If you want to do the most, get there when it opens, go to the adverntureland first, get a fastpass for splash mountain and ride big thunder mountain railway. If you are there first thing, by that time you can go back to splash mountian, then, if you are energetic go over to space mountain, picking up a fast pass for Mickeys philharmagic on the way, then you have the big rides done that have the longest queues. You can get a timetable of the parades from city hall, which is a white building on ther leftafter you come under the archway underneath the trians.0 -
We are planning a family holiday - 7 adults - in Feb next year to Disney. Found nice villa to rent and now looking at flights. We can book now with Virgin on nonstop flight from Gatwick for £495 and got a feeling we should do this asap - or should we leave it till last minute? Any advice and info gratefully received as it was 17 years since we last went! Many thankssomething missing0

Hi
Can anyone help me with this query please?
Given the good exchange rate at the moment, I was thinking of buying WDW dickets for our trip next year direct from WDW website, paying in $. However, I undestand that there may be customs/import duty to pay.
Has anyone come across this? Do you know how much would it be likely to be? and would it still work out any cheaper?2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07

Buy e-tickets, or choose the collect when you get there, that way no tickets are actually sent out.
Also, some fo the UK ticket dealers do have good offeres at the moment due to the weak dollar.0 -
You also need to check if the tickets you buy are valid in the year after you have bought them as the ticket prices will go up for next year, you can see the prices already for 2008 on most of the websites.
and to add to what Amy says, everyone is always cheaper than WDW!0
