Bloody hell, always does my head in when people pay the scammers, shame you didn't do you research before paying them you would have discovered that you could ignore them, understand it never goes further than junk mail for the most part, next time pay them nothing !Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
I've never had so much fun on a weekend LMFAO!
I might just not go out tonight and continue trawling through these forums0 -
Just received the second letter from AA Hutton LLP.
Looks exactly the same as the one's on here.
Just wanting to check I have nothing to worry about, just to put mine and my wife's mind at ease.
Cheers, Mark0 -

Hello all,
This is my first time on here, as I too, have just received a Parking Eye parking charge notice this morning, saying that I have to pay by today for the reduced 'a-hem' fee of £50, or it will be £80...
Now, I understand and have read a lot of posts on this thread, but I'm not sure if I'm in the same boat... I parked in a car park that had been renovated and now taken over by parking eye... little did I know that this was now a PAY AND DISPLAY...
I have not been in contact with Parking Eye (although did call the management company of who own the retail park...)
I just need to know, should I fall into the trap and have to pay (Obviously I would rather pay the £50 than the £80, and OBVIOUSLY that than get a CCJ or something horrible)...
I always pay at Pay and Displays, and I think this is awful that it's recently changed and I just didn't know...
I honestly did not realize that it had turned into a pay and display and feel completely duped!
Please message me as soon as possible, as I'm concerned as to what to do...0 -

DPH you may have stumbled on this thread but not know that we have a whole parking board of current threads like your question. You have posted your question on an info thread only and we can't add to it any more than these quick replies.
Copy & paste your question into a new thread (top left button here) if you need to:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163
But please read some more threads first. It's easy. Your case is like ALL the others and there will be no need to pay, no bailiffs, no Court, no CCJ, no nothing. IGNORE the PPC; been there done that, it's why we are here.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm not sure I did this correctly but I uploaded a file called NTOback.jpg to here photobucket.com/teesboy. The reason is that the back of my NTO is different from the one published. I apparently still have the chance to appeal even though more than 21 days have passed since the charge notice was stuck on my car. Also, the email address for payments has changed.
You will know from this that I am at stage 2 of the process. If things go wring, I can always emigrate!0 -
Actually I meant wrong. Might I also just say that, given today's date, can I claim this as a mayday message??!0

Hi,
I received a parking ticket on 8 March 2011. I appealed it on the grounds that the lines were unclear and my appeal got rejected on the 15 March 2011. In their response they have said If you are unhappy with the decision that has been made you must not make payment and await the Notice to Owner. It is now the 5 May 2011 (6 weeks later) and I have still not received this Notice to Owner. What should I do?0
