just checked the sample letters that other helpful members have uploaded and i have just discovered something useful to others who get one of these letters

the letters from parking collection services ltd are signed by a Jenniffer stretfrod and the letters from Debt recovery Plus Ltd are signed from a Claire Robinson.

to those eagled eye people out there you dont have to be a signature expert to see they are the exacly the same signature

Hi,
I received a private parking charge notification dated 02/05/2011 on the 05/05/2011 for overstaying the required hour (2hrs) at St Johns Retail Park, Wolverhampton on the 05/04/2011. Can anyone please advise me on what to do has I sense a fraud since the time between the said occurrence and the postage of the letter is to much. Moreso, the private packing company OPC has a quetionable record. thanks.

Welcome to MSE. Could you please start your own thread as this one is just for listing letters from private parking companies.

I have just tried to take a look at the UKCPS letter chain, and it appears that all but one image has been removed. Any idea why?

I have a parking fine from Parking Eye read your web page so I have not paid any of Parking demands.All went quite as advised in your forum.

Today out of the Blue received from Roxburghe 01932332016 checked on web site name NOT listed so
telephoned they are a debt collection agency working for Parking Eye demanding payment £163.00 immediately.

They advised they will go to County Court if I dont pay.

I thought they did not take people to court and n ow there are so many of us heading towards having to pay this high way robery prices, what do you think I should do now?:(

What you do is ignore them. That's just part of their hollow and meaningless threats.

Please next time start a new thread with this, but to be clear parking eye don't do court, and certainly not roxburghe/Graham White solicitors who are the same company, if you have further questions please create a new thread with them.
