Spoke to my midwife this morning as I'm getting pains in my pelvis. I'm being referred for physio as she thinks it's SPD

I do hope not Becles as I have SPD and now at 28 weeks I have to use crutches, its not much fun This website is very good for more info http://www.pelvicpartnership.org.uk and being referred to the physio is great news as being reguarly "realigned" does help.

Hope you don't get too much worse.

My wife and I have just had our first child, I know she was watching this thread for a while, so thought I should update.

Little boy born on the 14th Jan 8.12 weight
Named Finley James

Both Mum and Son are doing well, it was a rather difficult birth with a trip to Intensive care for wife but not son, both are home and Mum is recovering well.

We are both getting use to less sleep and spliting day in to small tasks!

Congrats to all who are expecting and keep up the good work to all those who have had babies.

Hi Emma, so hope everything goes well for you tomorro', I will be thinking of you.
.......I had my second scan today and was so sure it was the end of my hopes. I had had discharge for days (brown, pink, dark red tmi) and all preg symptoms had gone. I cried all the way to the hospital and cried when I told the Dr I was expecting the worst. I cried when she started to scan me because I was so scared. Then it was amazing, she saw a tiny heartbeat!!! I really can't quite believe it. She could also see what may either have been a second (empty) preg sac or a cyst which explained things. I'm going to try not to dwell on that for now. I am 7 wks and go back for third scan in 2 weeks.

Don't know if this helps or not Emma, I seem to have all the bad luck going and pulled through. I so hope and pray it will be the same for you.

Hi

First time I've got online since the birth. I don't think I'd have got on anyway but it didn't help that our modem and router started playing up before I got home from hospital!

Eleanor Francesca was born at 9.39pm on Thursday (18th) January weighing 6lb 5oz.

Just hang in there Emma and remember we are all thinking of you and will be here if you need us. I know about sleepless nights after the MC and I'm still checking for spotting everytime I go to the loo! Together with all this support from everyone we'll be ok whatever the outcome but stay positive and it'll all be fine.

Oh Emma B I feel awful - didn't mean to make you feel bad. If you feel sick then you should just eat what you can, when you can. 5 a day would be ideal but your baby will take what it needs from your stores regardless. Sorry if I inadvertently gave you something else to worry about. Will keep my fingers crossed for you tomorrow :grouphug:
