scan update GOOD NEWS!!!!

(not quite sure what last weeks scan was about then as was dated 5 weeks last week.......but had a very competent lady do it today and she said all is well me and hubby cried i think she thought we were mental but i have been so worried i had even packed my theatre bag..........)
its like finding out im preg all over again!!

I may be wrong but I think you should be able to get incapacity benefit if you are too ill to work for four days or more. However, once you get to 29 weeks, I think they start your MA if it is pregnancy related illness.

Becles, I'm still getting the contractions. They've slowed down and (mostly) they're not painful. Did yours go away completely then come back?

The painful "this is it" type contractions stopped, but I still got niggly ones more like Braxton Hicks all the following day until the stronger painful ones started again in the evening.

Thanks. Have rested yesterday and today and it feels better that it was on Monday. Hubby took me to Tesco so I didn't have to push the trolley, but it cost me a pack of beer as "wages" :rolleyes:

Oh dear, that sounds familiar! I'm hoping he stays put though. I'm only just 36 weeks. The steroids will have helped but he's not term yet.
