Works out free phone with 200 mins 575 text latest 810i phone free broadband all for 15 pound a month (with cash back) then the last 6 months at 30 pound. which is still a good deal.
Excellent deal

What about the length of the contract? Should it be 18 months to qualify for the free broadband offer?
Thanks for sharing your experience.

You got half price cashback for 12 months. But is it a 12mth contract or a 18mth contract ?
If Orange have given u free broadband despite being on a 12mth contract then this is a great loophole that everybody can exploit (as their normal t&c state that u have to connect on a 18 month contract.

read the quoted reply you included - and you can clearly see it is 18 months..... half price cash back for 12 months ie. £15 a month... then 6 months @ £30 a month... add the months together and you get 18 months0

I also can guess that but its not clear from the original post and there are other possibilities : he got the phone from CW on a 12-mth contract but then got it converted into a 18-mth contract when he phoned orange to avail of free broadband.
There seems to be a lot of confusion regarding eligibility for free braodband. I am into the 9th month of a 12month Orange contract on £19/mth. I called up Orange today and lady said that people who are into 9 months or more of their contract can avail of the offer w/o extendng their contract in any way i.e. even I can get free broadband as long as I switch my price plan to £30/mth now. Of course, she didn't sound 100% confident about the whole thing though she did offer to do the actual change for me right then. And before u guys bump in with ur questions - i know that I am only into the 9th month but haven't actually completed 9 months in the current contract. So ...0 -
Hi,
I'd be a bit wary of combining a cashback deal with this offer - it 'looks' like Orange basically renew your contract from whatever it was to a 18th month 'new' contract and I suspect that would break the t&cs of the cashback deal.
I got my cashback deal from the mobile outlet and I've emailed them, but normally the t&cs are very strict and revolve around you staying on the same contract for a year and not changing your tariff or anything.
That said, you only send in your bills at month 6 and 12 and then they stump up the cash - so you might get away with it - but as I'm on £55 a month tariff I wouldn't want to risk it...0 -
I just took out a contract with e2save £30 orange. I have asked them whether taking out broadband with orange will have any effect on cashback, was told it doesn't. Took down the name of cs advisor their and ext for future ref.0

Can anyone confirm how the email addresses with Orange broadband are configured? Silly thing I know, but I can't stand email formats such as name1.name2@domain.organge.co.uk.
Make this a very attractive offer if cashback deals from 3rd party suppliers can be included. I've seen the phone I want on a cashback, working out at 200x-net plus broadband for £12 per month.0 -
I assume they will be like wanadoo: pen@rhyn.wanadoo.co.ukThat gum you like is coming back in style.0

It will be in the format name@surname.orangehome.co.uk or whatever you want along theose lines.
