Wanadoo/Orange to offer Free? Broadband. (merged)

I've been a Wanadoo customer for a few years and an Orange £30+ customer for just a few weeks (on a 100% cashback deal via e2save)
I rang Orange and they said I could re-start my contract (only extending it by a couple of weeks) and get my Wanadoo for free and a Livebox etc
I specifically asked if I would still have my cashback deal and the operator said yes, everything about my contract stands, it's just the end date that changes.
I am still uncovinced if this is the case though...might re-check this.0 -
Please keep us informed I would be very interested to know if this is possible.

Go to the website where there are four boxes to click on:
1. new to both Orange (Wanadoo) Broadband
2. existing Orange (Wanadoo) Broadband user
3. existing Orange mobile user - obviously existing customers could have got their mobile from any third party supplier
4. existing Orange Broadband and mobile user
:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

doesn't exactly work for people looking to start a new contract with cashback offers (usually third party suppliers)

Of course it does, you can get your mobile from any supplier as long as it is a qualifying tariff >=£30 and then sign up for the broadband at the Orange website!

Just got my phone from car phonewarehouse half price cash back for 12months. And phoned orange and got my free broadband (of which I was already a wanadoo user). no problems.
Works out free phone with 200 mins 575 text latest 810i phone free broadband all for 15 pound a month (with cash back) then the last 6 months at 30 pound. which is still a good deal.
Excellent deal
