yes, it tells you because there is always a pop up saying "18 months" when you choose your tariff.0 -
Hi, Does anyone know if as an existing orange/wanadoo broadband user i need to sign up for a 18month contract or can i just do 12?
thanks0 -
As far as I can see its 18 months contract either way, the question is if anybody can do cash back as well or if its available with any freebies anywhere.0

only seems to be available from Orange shop and Orange Online0

I have just phoned orange and they told me I could get a phone from car phone ware house but I would not get cash back, but when I spoke to guy in car phone warehouse he said the cash back was from them, but he was not sure whether he could do the offer.0

It doesn't matter where you get your mobile from or if you already have one. The important thing is that you must have a monthly contract of at least £30 per month! Try visiting the Orange website. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

That's not what it says on the Orange website and Orange retail often tell people that certain tariffs are unavailable when they are!

I am with orange for phone and wanadoo for broadband, phoned up the helpline and was told that my current 12 mth contract runs out on 31st July so it would be best for me to wait until then if I wanted to get a free handset. I can just sign up now for the offer and would be tied in for 12 or 18mths (can't remember which), but if I wanted to get a free handset from 31st July I would have to sign up for 24 months, so no new handset for 2 years after that. I will wait until July and see what phones are free at that time.0
