  • I sent a letter out to Natwest on the 26th January 2007 reclaiming 6 years of bank charges totalling £5,350..... 38 days later without any challenge whatsoever they repaid me the total amount into my account 3 days later.

All i did is write one letter that took 10 minutes and a spreadsheet that took 30 minutes... it's worth having a go, i have now payed off all my debts and have opened a new account with Lloyds.

  • Just wanted to let you all know that I have been successful in cliaming back £1,933 from my bank, and I only asked for £1,552. This only took 2 letters and 8 weeks, I still can't believe it, and have to keep reading the letter to make sure there are no hidden clauses etc.

    I can't thank Martin enough!!!!

i claimed for £1354 and got back £579 i should have said no but i took it just incase they changed their minds.it took 3 weeks in total.
  • Hi just to say followed Martin's instructions to the letter and put claim through on money line. Nat West sent letter Saturday 21st April offering £1200 as a goodwill gesture and denying they had done anything wrong charging me over £2000 over the past 6 years. I went back online to money line today 24th April as this was the date for Judgement and success:j Nat West had failed to respond to the claim so have completed the judgement form. I have now given them until the 26th to pay back the monies owed with interest so fingers crossed. All in all it has taken 7 weeks! Thank you Martin :T
