Next stage i was reading one of the claims against Black Horse (car Loan) i have had finance with Black Horse for years can i claim any charges i have recieved from them i thought the charges for Bank Charges were due to the fact the bank had made no financial loss where as when you have borrowed money they have lost money if you have missed a payment etc etc...
Any help with this one.........Could open up a whole new claim bonanza

            Hi
 Bank - First Direct
 Amount reclaimed: £3112
Amount Paid: They have today offered £2250
Story: Wrote to them on the 28th February 07, with the standard letter from this site asking for copies of bank statements - they returned the £10 fee and said would provide for free. Received statements and after adding interest the amount totalled £3112 - sent them an itemised schedule of charges. They said they would take 10 days to investigate. Received letter from them today offering me £2250.0

            Bank: Capital One Bank (Europe)
 Visa
 Amount Claimed: £1269.59
 Recieved: £1269.59
 Mastercard
 Amount Claimed: £1777.13
 Recieved: £1777.13
 Notes:
I started the process on the 16th Jan with court action started in the middle of March. Capital One appeared to stick to their usual dates and today I recieved the offers. Northern Ireland users watch out the online money claim system over here allows for 6 weeks not the standard 14 which is usual for English Courts.....0

            Bank: Halifax Bank of Scotland
 Amount claimed: £86
 Amount paid: £86
It's only a little amount I know, but I was only over my limit once last year for 3 days. Bank paid up last year's charge for without any questions, just a warning that if i go over my overdraft limit again they might close my account. Many thanks Martin, keep up the great work0
