    Amount: £4319.61 including interest
    Offered: £2916.18

Its as easy as Martin explains it is. Got the statements of the internet banking, sent first letter. Got there reply we are looking into it. Sent second letter threatening court, got there reply saying they would reply by 10th April, was just about to file at Money claim next week, when I got a letter when I got home tonight offering £2900 :T - Look the way I see it, its not all the money but I did not have it in the first place. I am over the moon. I am going on holiday in a few weeks and was worrying about spending money (no longer now).

Thank you MoneysavingExpert I could have not done this all without you. I reccommend it to anyone to have a go and not give up.

Next is claiming from MBNA and my husbands business account. :j

I have just been charged £35 for being not 8 hrs over drawn for £4-99 when its there fault i become over drawn as they took there prev over drawn charge out but then payed it back the next day which in theary made me overdrawn for the £4-99 to come out
I rang them this morning to ask for my money back they said no as they have give me back 4 other payments they took out .
they said that they cannot refund any more as i have had 4 allready so i said if u dont give me back my £35 i will take u to court and claim the £35 they just charged me £35 for the 20 min phone call i just made & £35 for the letter i am going to write to the if they can charge made up prices for sending a letter i can do the same as well ?
do u think i stand a chance ove getting £35 for the phone call i did
as i am getting wftc &ctc if i do take then to my local small claims court i dont have to pay :T so i will let ya know how i get on :D

No dont do this. Claim the £35 charge they imposed on you by all means but dont try and get made up charges back for yourself. You will be under the same obligation at the court stage to provide details of your costs as they are.

    Hi Pinkmoneysaver.
We are in same boat with HSBC, They offered same 75% to me. My second letter was dated 3rd March, and they replied refering to that letter with the offer so i waited till the 14 days from the march 3rd date & filed MCOL, that way gave them all leway required for them to hang themselves.
File your MCOL as soon as the 14 days are up on your second letter unless anybody else on here has better info
