Hi All
I have written out my letter along with the list of charges ready to post tomorrow. I have been reading various threads for a couple of weeks now so I hope this isn't a silly question. Can someone please tell me is it ok to claim back charges referred to as "cheq cleared when overdrawn", this is not on the charges list. Many Thanks.January GC £38.35/£1500 -
Yippee  :j :T
Amount Claimed - £1305
Amount Won - £1342.82
Got as far as the online court claim, they wrote back saying they intended to defend the claim fully.
Got back from work one day two weeks later and there was a cheque lying on my doormat.
Did get a letter with it however stating that "It is obvious that you do not accept the terms and conditions for the operation of your account" and that they "will be contacting you shortly to discuss its future operation".
Many Thanks0 -

So you agree that any OFT report will make no difference, yet this site states that the banks may change their tactics after the OFT report.
So please explain how the OFT credit card report differs from the OFT bank report.
Also what will be the new tactic the bank will try, I would be most surprised to learn they will have differnt tactics to offset the OFT report considering that most Credit cards are owned by banks.Halifax: claimed £1,028, received £1,028
Yorkshire Building Society: claimed £1,070, received £1,134.20
Co-Operative Bank: claimed £560, received £575
BOS Mastercard: claiming £184, 2nd letter sent 27/3/07
Capital One Visa 1: claiming £439, 2nd letter sent 27/3/07
Capital One Visa 2: claiming £842, 2nd letter sent 27/3/07Illegitimi non carborundum0 -
Hi, this question has probably been asked & answered but a can't find it. I'm just starting to claim all my sisters charges, she has 3 accounts with Yorkshire Bank, 1 visa, 1 loan & 1 current account. Do we have to include 3 x £10.00 cheques or just 1 £10.00 cheque. I am gonna post them all in the same envelope to the same place, is this correct? Thanks, SUFC0
