Sister has successfully reclaimed £1600 of £1695.00 from Halifax - money should be deposited by tomorrow. Halifax have been second to none
Mum has successfully reclaimed £850 of £960.00 in charges also from Halifax -after only sending initial can I have my satements letter.
Natwest have stalled and stalled me....just about to register with HMCS online for £6,500 in charges (just over £8,000 with statutory interest) but astounded to find the court would like £250 fee - will have to wait til next week as broke at mo - panicking though due to new legislation coming in April and think I may be running out of time! Have called Natwest for progress report and they would like 8 weeks to investigate!! I sent initial letter back in January!
I have also got to the stage with Barclays and really should be claiming on line with them after having sent the third letter (7 days notice before claim via court)
Does anyone know how long it takes to get a hearing date once registering HMCS on-line (based in Hamshire if that helps)0 -

I thought £120 was the maximum court fee? Maybe its because yours is over £5000, not sure. You can pay by credit card if you have the means to, or if you can borrow it from someone.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0 -
Hi, this is my first post so please bare with me. I sent off the second letter to Barclays two weeks ago today, giving them fourteen days to reply. I have recieved a letter this morning saying, it will take between four and eight weeks to investigate my complaint. My question to all you experts out there is, do I now sent the court action letter or will this jepeordise my case?
I would be really grateful for any advice on this. :A0
