Hi, I was having a clear out today, when I came accross some old bank statements, does anyone know if claiming back bank charges applies to the "Credit Zone" limit on Natwest accounts, and if so, does it apply to charges and the interest? I have statements going back further than 1999, but I assume you can only claim from 1999.
Many thanks0 -

Sent all letters, never got a reply to any. On day 7 after court action letter, I was about to go online and file to the court when the post arrived with offers for the full amounts!!
Danced with joy as I was not looking forward to the next step!

It has been over three weeks that I requested my statements from Llloyds. I enclosed a cheque for £10 and they have'nt even cashed it!. I spoke with the branch and they told me that it was sent to the Head branch and I should hear soon that was over a week ago, and I don't know what to do now. Can anyone help with suggestions please and has anyone had the same problem

I wrote to the Abbey requesting statements, they replied back saying that they would send last 14 months of statements, the rest would be in some form of list. I have recieved the statements but still waiting for the 'list of archived transactions'.
My question is: Should I proceed with getting back charges from the 14 months of statements while I wait for the rest of the details or should I wait and claim back charges all together?
Thanks to all replies.0 -
