Reclaimed Bank Charges SUCCESS stories

Hi

From reading through this forum, I gather that I can claim against charges on store cards as well as credit cards.

However, I had a Warehouse store card and a Debenhams store card and currently have a Topshop store card (only small outstanding balance, I'm trying my best and will cancel it once paid!), all of which I am going to write to to request that they cough up (I kept my statements for each of these accounts). Could anyone tell me the addresses to write to? I have looked through the contact list but neither of these companies appear.

Your help is appreciated - I can post the letters off tomorrow then X

looking for some help please
first requested statements from bos on 8 jan only received 3 years worth wrote to their data protection office 2 weeks ago still no response so I feel i am stuck until they respond any ideas?
Secondly have received letter yesterday from credit card saying not paying and they will look into complaint within 4 weeks this was after the letter I send giving 7 days or small claims court What next
Also being in Scotland is there any court claim that I can do on line like moneyclaim for england any one had any success with Bank of Scotland

hi Im just writing my second letter to bank im using your template letter but dont know what to put at -insert name of court how do I find out which court to use

just want to share success - i have had £56 back from northern rock, and £27.50 back from the woolwich / barclays! these are only with first letter - pursuing other account will kepp updated with success!

Amatt You can send the first letter to your local branch who will forward it if necessary to the appropriate office who will reply to you.
