Just a few more questions. I have been given 2 different post codes for the Nat West by them for the court form. Can anyone confirm the correct address for the county court form please.
Also, just so Im properly prepared - can you confirm the deadlines for the court. Im sending my online small claims form tomorrow (Sunday). I assume this will be processed Monday. Is it then 5 days for servicing - followed by 14 days for bank to acknowledge? Are these working days? If bank acknowledge is it then a further 14 days for them to defend - again - is this working days or not? Greatly appreciate any help - never had anything to do with the court before and a bit daunting!!!! JNat West - MCOL March - FatWest defended - hearing date 4 July - 2300 claimed and still having charges put onto account!!
HSBC - sent 14 day - still waiting for reply. MCOL by end of week - claiming 795 - eventually paid out £560.
Halifax - sent for statements Feb - cheque cashed - nothing received - reported to FSA - paid up almost amount claimed before official complaint registered with FSA0 -
I haven't recieved anything as yet, but it's still early days. hopefully someone can shed some light on this,.0

Would one of you kind people advise which address to send my letter for requesting statements to for Alliance and Leicester.
Is it the Customer Service Centre in Bootle or or the registered office in Leicester.
Thanks
you need to send it to the Customer Service Centre in Bootle.0 -
hello again.
Can someone help?
filed my online claim against NATWEST for £2500, on the 12th day they aknowledged the claim which was a bit annoying but never mind, had an offer of £1800 which they sent through twice and so i've sent that back as declined. so now NATWEST have 28 days from when they were served the original court papers which runs out this monday, is that right or is it 28 working days? And if its not does that mean i can file a judgement by default which would mean i have won my entire claim?
thanks

On 21st Feb I sent off my 1st letter to Nat West (to my branch, Birmingham) and received a reply from Customer Care Team in Wimbledon, informing me that they are forwarding my letter onto the Customer Relations Unit who specialise in these matters (they will contact me in 10 days). I feel that this is one of their fob off letters so was going to send the 2nd letter but am unsure which address to send this to and who?
Thanks

I am a little worried and need some advice i sent for my statements on the 12th feb and had no corospondance.. Lloyds have not even cashed the £10.00 ceque...the halifax, monument credit card have but no corospondance either?
What do i do if they dont send me the info within the 40 days??? Do i make a formal complaint and if so who to???? I am far from a lucky person so i am really worried...
Thanks please advise if you can .
Their 40 days is not up yet so my advice is this for the moment:
Go outside your front door and take a look at that beautiful red moon up there. Reflect on life as you do and happily realise that the banks you are fighting are teeny weeny little blobs on this earth and whilst you may be yourself too plenty of other little blobs like you have taken on the banks and won
Stress is a killer so dont worry about something that you cant do anything about yet. Just relax and face any setbacks or problems as and when they occur.
Best of luck to you in your claim0 -
