I would wait until you speak to them tomorrow if I was you and see what they say, on section f of the allocation questionnaire it asks about dates you cant not attend in the next four months I would put the dates there and send it off but check with the helpline first
I rang Northampton (moneyclaim) and they told me the case has been transferred to Bristol (where I live). They also said I should receive the Allocation questionaire in the next few days. Should I assume that this is going all the way to court, or will The HSBC wait to the eleventh hour to make offer decent settlement?!?!
  • Hi Just wanted to let you all know how I got on with my Charges Claim With Natwest.

Started by requesting all statements as per guide on main site here. (they did charge me £10)

Then after calculating the total charges (around £1600) I sent letter one off to Natwest. Last Saturday I got a reply to say that they would give me a full refund (minus interest). I was happy with this so sent off the letter on saturday to agree and the funds are now in my account today.

Thank you every body on here for all the info and assistance.

    Good Job!!!
  • You have to assume its going to court and prepare for that, if an offer is made at the last moment then that is the bonus.

What does it say on your statement about these charges? It should say what the charge is.

As per my previous messages.. I am trying to decifer the charges I can reclaim.. some are clear cut on the Natwest statements and called "referral charges" the other ones are just called charges... it doesn't give any more details... each month it says the date in the previous month that the charge was applied and then then the account no:

    "Eg: 30 JAN Charges 02 JAN A/C XXXXXXXXX 9.00"

Does anyone think that these are potentially reclaimable ones?

Thanks in in advance for your help Rex_Mundi

    xx
