Easy answer. Read all the relevant threads on OSPS and E2Save. There's plenty on them and the answers are all there; had you read them before you claimed you might have saved yourself a lot of problems!

You may have. Read these threads (again). Bill numbers are irrelevant and much of what they tell you is WRONG!

Then they will be getting a nasty letter as last years claims worked on bill numbers LOL

Read the threads; it's all changed, including the t&c you signed up for this time. Nasty letters are water off a duck's back nowadays too.

The problem is way beyond a nasty letter.

Please believe what mobilejunkie is saying, forget previous years things have changed..the only way of even getting them to acknowledge any letter at all is for it to go special delivery, don't waste your money using recorded. I run contracts for all my immediate family and always used to use E2save with few problems, then bang, suddenly one day they changed and the only way I could get them to pay out on my last remaining contract was to start proceedings against them.

LOL LBA is a nasty letter to me! Can someone explain the "nth" bill compared to days thing though as I still dont understand it. Does that mean that my 6th bill should be the one that shows Ive been connected for 180 days?

edited: just re-read everything and still dont understand it as every bill I work out seems to be the dec one.

If someone can help that would be great.
Upgraded 5th July and first bill was 23rd july which covered 23.7-22.8

Was it deffo the 4th bill you needed to send? Or does it say anything about 120 days after connection on your t&c's - it usually makes a difference in the bill you send off!
Wondering how to have a life & not rack up more debts...

However, received a letter today saying they had received my claim but cannot pay out as it was outside the valid timeframe. Also, as part of the T+C's all subsequent claims cannot be accepted.

    .
I would be asking them exactly how it was outside the valid timeframe. Ask for exact details. You could include that if you disagree with their assessment of this you will be referring the matter on to the court so would they make a final check as you contest their decision. Another thing you could ask for is their appeals procedure.
    Keep all documentation.
