Hello all
I am new to this site and have only come here because of e2save problem links that brought me here.
After reading some of the posts on this issue, I can see I am not alone in my confussion over the cash back offers with this company.
I am intersted to hear from anyone who managed to succesfully make a claim in the last months - please let me know how you did this:
1.Which contract did you send (I am guessing not the forth as they tell you clearly to do at the point of sale, as it will arrive before the 120days, but the 5th contract)
2. Within what dates did you send it?
3. Where did you send it.
4. Can you clarify the situation of 120 days, is it after the purchase, connection or bill date?
Anyone?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks guys

All my deals are in the clear and I'm wondering now if I should take the risk again . . !0

Hi we are also having e2save hell X 2 as we have 2 accounts. We have been told that we have submitted too early however
on the your account page we are told to submit 4 month claim in october
To send the bill for 4 months after connection we need to send the bill dated 2nd november, not within october as required? we sent the 4th bill in october instead and now have been rejected. Impossible to comply with terms and conditions so off to small claims. Has anybody done this already? Has anybody got a filled form they are willing to share.
We also have a 3rd account which on the final payment where the claim has been sent recorded delivery has not been recieved E2 did not tell us this and we enquired out of the 30 day period hence the claim is also void What happens in this instance can we claim for this in small claims0 -
After being so careful to do everything right re the correct bill.........I have just realised that on the claim form, i have given my "unique order reference number" instead of the stated, "transaction number"
I sent this special delivery yesterday, so they should be receiving it before 1pm today.
Am i now doomed to fail....or has anyone else sent this number and got away with it.
And is it actually part of the "vitals"...ie is the deal finished because ive sent the wrong number, if ive got the rest of it correct.0 -
1) Depends how long left in your claim window (which in turn depends on whether you got that right etc). 2) If you have (say) 3 weeks left, let it run for 10 days, then send an email or call and simply ask if the cheque has been raised. If it has, say nothing. If not you will still have time to get a correct claim form to them to go with the bill they already have.0

Having just read some of the posts on here it has totally put me off going for a contract like this. I just dont want the hassle. Are there people out there that find cashback easy?0

First claim sent off Monday 12th, received according to RM on Tuesday 13th.
Connected July 12th
Bill sent November 12th
Bill dated 21st October
All being well cashback should be received before Crimbo - fingers crossed.
Good luck to all.

Cheque received today for £108.
Excellent service, by far the best so far, I can't fault them - no chasing up, no LBA, nothing. As previously stated they have offered me a fantastic service, more so the customer service side of things, extremely satisfied and highly recommended.
My next contract will be with e2save, lets just hope they can stay in business, paying out all these cashbacks.
Many, many thanks e2save. Well done.

I think this is a bit premature, especially as you have another 3 or 4 claims to go......but its always great to get the first one right(which i might not have done....see above)0 -
