Keep a close eye on this one; provided you claimed successfully in month 4 you will almost certainly need to claim now using the December bill as soon as it arrives - even IF they reject this claim and try to say you cannot claim the remaining cashbacks.
im not on the pricematch hun so i only claim month 6,8,10 and 12.
i had to resend my claim a couple days ago because the cashback vouchers that came with the welcome pack didnt match the chequeback form requested online. i read someone elses post which stated they got declined because it had the vouchers rather than the form.. so just to save time, i did it and sent it in.
e2save suck. i wrote them a pretty long letter stating how i am very unhappy that they have changed my t&cs and blah blah and how if they mess about with my cashback, i'll be taking the matter further till i get what im owed.
wish me luck0 -
I do. However, if you aren't on the Price-Match t&c you should have sent the October bill. You may be lucky though - they have recently been trying to force people to claim a month later where there wasn't a bill in month one (which they sometimes now reversed) so it may depend on their mood on the day. The numbers on the bills are irrelevant - although should you need to sue you could at least argue that it was the sixth bill they asked for and that was the one you sent. Will be interesting to hear what happens to your claim!0

This lot really do just deal in confusion now...
I sent a cashback application last August to their Dunstable address. No reply. I've tried phoning them on countless occasions only to be told there is no-one available on the cashback enquiries line. I've written one letter to them querying it. No reply.
Anyway, it's getting to the time of the next claim - I'm about to receive this month's bill - so I've checked the order status for details of which month to send the cashback request. This phone was bought at the end of November last year. Here's the cashback schedule:
Offer BreakdownYou Get
Automatic Cashback£71
Send month 6 claim in Apr 2007£49.80
Send month 9 claim in Jul 2007£49.80
Send month 12 claim in Oct 2007£49.80
Send month 15 claim in Jan 2008£49.80
Send month 18 claim in Apr 2008£49.80
My first bill was in December. This means:
December - month 1
January - month 2
February - month 3
March - month 4
April - month 5
...
I'm sure you can see where this is going. I'm being asked to send a bill I can't possibly have by the date given - I have to send a bill I haven't got even now by the end of last month. Originally it said, of course, to send month 12 in November. Will they honour it this time around or am I in line for another ludicrous squabble?0 -
Hi, Complained about the ability of not sending in online bills to Charles Dunstone for the price match cashback offers. Got the following reply which seems to suggest a change of terms.
We have recently reviewed our Price Match Terms and Conditions and as may of our customers chose to sign up for O2 online billing, a decision has now been made E2Save, we are now able to process O2 online bills for the price match cashback claims.I hope that the information above is useful, however should you have any further queries regarding your original purchase or any aspect of the E2Save service, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team on 0871 522 3400 or for cash back queries call 0871 522 3403 or contact customer support on support@onestopphoneshop.co.uk and we will be happy to help you
Kind regards

I was just wondering if someone could double-check when I'm supposed to claim. I thought I was clear on when to do it, but after reading some of this thread I clearly need to make extra sure that I've got it right! I've tried phoning e2save but obviously it was impossible to get through.
I signed up on a 12 month contract on the 13th of July.
Bill 1 - 21st July
Bill 2 - 21st August
Bill 3 - 21st September
Bill 4 - 21st October
Bill 5 - 20th November
So when I receive my next bill (presumably 21st Decemember) I have to send it off immidietly? And do I just send the december bill or do I include all of them?
Also, when I first got the phone they told me to download some vouchers that I need to send when claiming cashback... but the vouchers that come with the welcome pack, which they also say you need to send, are slightly different and go to a slightly different address. Which ones should I use?
Sorry if all this has been addressed and thanks in advance for any help.0 -
You need to send the November bill immediately. The cashback vouchers will be the ones with six claim forms, sent to the address on them. You have until about 11th december to get the claim in but they keep varying the details so check your on-line account - they have been putting dates on there recently which usually bear slightly more semblence to what you signed up for.0

Thank you. I just checked my online account and it says "Send month 4 claim in Nov 2007." Does that mean it has to be received by the end of November? I won't be able to make a photocopy until tomorrow which means I've got no chance of getting it in on time if that's the case.
I was told that I would only have to make 4 claims, the first after six months but clearly they've changed that.
"The cashback vouchers will be the ones with six claim forms, sent to the address on them."
Sorry, I wasn't sure what this bit meant. Is it the ones I received with the welcome pack or the online ones?
Thanks for all your help, mobilejunkie.0 -
You were likely told different things at the time in different documents and on-line. No specific dates there. 4 claims were the old t&c - this MUST be a price-match. You need to really understand what you're doing - all the information is there if you search for it AND know exactly what you signed up to. This might help somewhat but it really can be quite complicated with moving pitches:-

If it's NOT a price-match deal then my previous dates are wrong; however, I am quite comfident it is.0 -
Hi,
It has happened to me.Had 3 cheques successfully come through- May(6th month),July(8th Month), Sept(10th month). I sent Nov bill which is 12 th month received a letter today, which was sent to my previous address;even though all the cheques have been sent to my current adddresss. It says I have sent the wrong bill.I couldn't believe it.
Besides the bill which they have sent back to me has my current address.
Having read some posts on this thread I intend to go the LBA way without wasting any time.
Any thoughts?
ThanksYou can have God without religion!0 -
Wulge:- If you ARE on a price-match deal (as you must be) then you cannot send a copy. It has to be the original. I really DO recommend you check out the t&c you signed up to without delay!! Someone has been told in writing very recently that you can now send internet bills on these deals - however, unless I had that from them to me in writing I would ignore it. Trust and sense with this company went out the window when the IIC flew in.0
