Jobee 25:- To cover both the legal and the t&c they say they are adopting you will need to make sure you get the November bill to them by 3rd December. If it gets to them after that but before 12th December and they refuse all claims saying it's late you should have no problem suing for ALL the cashback.0

Hi there, I have completed loads of cashback deals before with no problems, but managed to confuse myself with this one.
e2save pricematch o2 cpw
connected 24/08/07
Bill date: 6th of each month, 1st bill 6th September, included part month.
So my 1st bill thats shows connected for 120 days is January 2008, that will be my 5th bill?
Is this correct? thanks all Rob0 -

Yes, 6 Jan 2008 bill is the one for your first claim. It is the bill date around 120 days after connection.
DON'T get confused with it SHOWING you've been connected for 120 days - that's a red herring that's come up from this forum, it's not mentioned anywhere in the E2S pricematch T&Cs.0 -

I purchased a 12 month contract phone for my 17 year old son from dial a phone on 24th may. Dont want to mess up the cash back claims. They state claim 1. send bill that is dated between 25 oct and 25 nov.
We have had 5 bills so far the last one dated 25 sept.

Sorry i,ve been searching all the threads and its all so confusing would be gratefull for any help.0 -
Hi... Now I am totally confused. Look at the following dates:
Order Date 21-jun
Del Date : 23-Jun
Conn Date : 26-Jun
1st Bill date : 03-July !!!
Now which bill I send which shows I have been connected for 120 days. Wouldd it be 03-Oct bill after 21-Oct/26-Oct, or will it be 03-Nov bill. I am on new price match t&cs.
You help will be much appreciated.0 -
