  • Jobee 25:- To cover both the legal and the t&c they say they are adopting you will need to make sure you get the November bill to them by 3rd December. If it gets to them after that but before 12th December and they refuse all claims saying it's late you should have no problem suing for ALL the cashback.
  • Hi there, I have completed loads of cashback deals before with no problems, but managed to confuse myself with this one.

    e2save pricematch o2 cpw

    connected 24/08/07

Bill date: 6th of each month, 1st bill 6th September, included part month.

So my 1st bill thats shows connected for 120 days is January 2008, that will be my 5th bill?

Is this correct? thanks all Rob

Yes, 6 Jan 2008 bill is the one for your first claim. It is the bill date around 120 days after connection.

DON'T get confused with it SHOWING you've been connected for 120 days - that's a red herring that's come up from this forum, it's not mentioned anywhere in the E2S pricematch T&Cs.

This is from my e2save pricematch T&C's:
Instalment 1: - Send us the claim form and original monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected on, that arrives showing you have been connected for 4 months.
i.e. if you were purchased on the 1st of January, you need to send in the bill that is dated around the
1st of May. This is 120 days (4 months) after connection.

It does say showing on some terms and conditions....

    Thanks for your help.

Hi... Now I am totally confused. Look at the following dates:

    Order Date 21-jun
    Del Date : 23-Jun
    Conn Date : 26-Jun
    1st Bill date : 03-July !!!

Now which bill I send which shows I have been connected for 120 days. Wouldd it be 03-Oct bill after 21-Oct/26-Oct, or will it be 03-Nov bill. I am on new price match t&cs.

You help will be much appreciated.
