Hello, my cash-back claim for price-match was received by osps on 02-Oct-2007 according to Royal Mail, but I have not received any txt message to confirm the receipt. Does anyone know if they send out txt message at all? Thanks.0

You'll be lucky. Ancient history unless you have a left-over and send it to the old address. In any case, osps never sent texts; that was E2Save at the old address. Hope you chose the right date and the right bill or there'll be a very nasty surprise before too long.0

thanks mj. my connection date is 14May, bill dated 21st Sept was sent to POB 337, CW2 8WE. It reached OSPS on 2nd October. (see also posts #469 and #473).0

I wouldn't worry about the text message. You've got proof from Royal Mail - you've got a very strong legal leg to stand on.
Good luck.0 -
I would recommend sending any cashbash claims via RM Special delivery with consquential loss insurance. Costs ~£5 but you are far more likely to get a signature and if you dont you can claim the whole cashback amount from RM.Join the Sarcasm Appreciation Society.

Ok MJ thanks for the info, ive read through everything but im still a little confused :S
It seems as if your telling people they should send in the next bill that arrives just after the 120 day period.
Im with e2save on a 12 month pricematch contract.
Im happy i took down all the t&c when buying my phone -are these the ones i follow or the new ones that u said they are trying to rope people into using??
My t&c at point of sale state"Send us the claim form and original monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected on, that arrives showing you have been connected for 4 months. i.e. if you were purchased on the 1st of January, you need to send in the bill that is dated around the 1st of May. This is 120 days (4 months) after connection"
Connected on 20th july
bill comes 3rd of every month
therefore 120 days is nov 17
Little confused as to which bill to send.
Online it says "Send month 4 claim in Nov 2007"
but just got my number 4 bill dated 3rd october
so do i send my 4th bill which seems early and wrong
My 5th bill which is 3rd november - seems right but is still before nov 17
My 6th bill which is 3rd december - seems too late but shows i have been connected up until 17th nov.
Help much appreciated
Bob
p.s. also which address is the new 1, i keep hearing contradicting stories0 -
My best advice is to comply with both t&c where you can and rely on the legal ones and sue where you can't. Use the address on the correct claim forms unless they tell you otherwise (which they won't unless you have a problem and call them). In your case, safest bet is 3rd December bill to reach them by 20th December.0

Sounds like yours isn't a price-match deal.0
