Not as many as will be who DO follow the t&c methinks!0

So then I take it you're implying YOU will be rejected, because from the dates you've told me, you are following the T&Cs (or at least the T&Cs which the court will say E2S implied we follow).0
-
Sorry knitwit, but it seems you haven't read the T&Cs properly.
Nowhere in the clearance T&Cs does it tell you to send the fourth bill.If you read it, it says the bill at around 120 days connection. On all networks apart from Vodafone, that would be the fifth bill. So it seems you have sent it too early.
I printed a copy of the pricematch T&Cs when I ordered my phone, they say send in the 4th bill.
See below.....
I notice that the T&Cs on their website have now been changed.0 -
Urban469:- No. I am saying mine won't be but it's tempting to manouvre things so they would be!0

Well if they don't accept my claim when I send in the bill at 120 days, they will be paying the entire amount through the courts, which actually suits me better.
Be careful, their cashback team are saying they CAN'T receive the claim until the full four months are up. It may be better/safer to send off your claim either on/or one day before the full four months are up. They then can't say they received your claim early and this could possibly save a lot of hassle/moneyclaims etc.
Just a thought and is what I will be doing.

Huh? What's going on? For the past few days, we've phoned E2save and each person has said we can't claim any cashback now . . all is void because we sent too early. They also said our bill has been torn up for security purposes and we won't be getting it back . .
Well today, along with the bill this letter came . .
Dear *****
We have received your 'Cashback' claim information; however it has been sent too early for the claim periods of your offer.
We are returning the documents for safe keeping and you will need to return them during the correct interval to claim your Cashback offer.
To claim your Cahback we ask for your most recent airtime bill in the correct time frame and your bill must include your mobile telephone number, full addree, tariff you are connected to and show that the balance on your account is paid up to date.
The bill you send must also be your most recent and cannot be older than 28 days from the date you send us your claim.
To check your personal cashback info you can refer to your offer explained and welcome pack, which were sent to you with your phone.
We apologise for any inconveniece and hope that you can appreciate the reasons for returning these personal documents for safe keeping.
........
Cool!
What have they been on about then . . .0 -
I think they have probably realised that all this talk of 'shredding documents' etc would be looked on very badly in legal proceedings as being unreasonable. So they are covering themselves. The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!

Let's give them the benefit of the doubt. They are in a complete and utter mess. When they transferred the claims centre to Onestop they didn;t understand their own t&c and the price match t&c were always nonsense. It sounds like they have realised this particular mistake and know they haven't a leg to stand on if anyone sues. It's good news; send the RIGHT claim this time and see what happens.0

Right, the right bill. Well we were going to send the October bill as soon as it arrived (they have said that is the bill we should send in the personal bit on their site) - but we have users saying they are going to wait just for their time to expire before they send?
Bought the phone on 5th June. Bill date cycle is 12th of every month. So I will probably receive the bill on the 20th October - it's fine for me to send it off straight away right? Just want to confirm . .0
