True. Tempting, isn't it???0

MJ, As you and I both know these pricematch T&Cs well, we both know where they come from, we both know how a court would interpret them (ie first claim on 120 days of connection) - why haven't you taken out a contract with them? Either way you'll get your money.0
-
Who said I haven't? Got my first in June and three more since for other people who I'm keeping a close eye on! Would get another today if I could! Wouldn't you? I must admit though their response to an early first claim is absurd. THAT was one thing I hadn't forseen! Of course, it's extremely upsetting for the victims and I have tried to help one or two of them - but I suspect the amount of time involved will soon become impossible. I am still expecting these threads to expand expotentially when the valid correct claims are processed!0
-
I don't understand why. Do you think they're going to reject valid claims ('valid' according to the T&Cs which the courts will rely upon)? And when are you making your first claim? 120 days.
No, I can't take out more than one contract - it takes me enough time researching and managing just the one!0 -
It's a hobby to me - and a small challenge. Why? Because I and my little group of friends and family won't be rejected and there's no-where else to go nowadays! Valid according to meeting the legal t&c - which they aren't using! I have said this many times but not too many people seem to realise it. Tempting because if I were so inclined it would be quite easy to manipulate a rejected claim which is actually valid - and you know what happens then! Lol!0

Do you not trust CNM? I've dealt with them and other MA over the years, and never had a claim rejected. True, they have a habit of changing T&Cs during the contract, and taking forever to pay. Not sure if anything's changed with them lately.
I know I keep pushing you on this MJ. But when are you making your first E2S pricematch claim? 120 days?0 -
You mean you haven't been following the threads on both companies since about July? Tut tut! Things move fast in this game! I have two contracts with them - the nearest I've ever come to going the legal route despite my first claim being accepted. In any case, you can only get 2 twelve month free deals with them now. Anyone reading this is going to think I've a screw loose! Lol!
3rd week in October; a month after the s**t hits the fan on here!0 -
I knew you were going to say that!! Past performance is no indication of how reliable they are now. Oh, no, I have been reading and re-reading the forums. Haven't been concentrating so much on CNM because I only have one more claim with them.
I know CNM only let you take out two 12 month deals at a time - it was like that last year. Not quite sure why. I guess they don't want people like you and me taking out 10 contracts!
I think we've all got a screw loose for gambling with £500 (or more), even if we are sure we'll get it back one way or another.
Mid-October claim for the Mid-June connection, I'm guessing.0 -
Not gambling as far as I'm concerned. At least, I consider the odds are in my favour (unlike most) and the longer I do it the more they go that way. I could lose at least one whole cashback and be quids in already; but I don't intend to! Don't think they had that restriction in March or until recently. Interesting! You're right of course; we're their worst nightmare! Lol! Revenge is sweet!0

Hi,
Exactly same thing happened me here. I'm going to write a letter to complain then do as mobilejunkie said, send the correct bill at the correct time again.
So did you get your money back? I would really appreciate if you could tell me how your case went.
Many thanks.
Jane
same things happened here too:mad:
I wander how many more people have got caught.0
