    All claim information is supplied to you at the point of purchase. However to assist, we do hold your data on our system, for ten working days after your connection. If you need assistance please contact the e2save.com Customer Services Dept on: 0845 655 5522 where a valid claim has not been received by us within one calendar month of the required bill, which is the closing date for your claim. You will not be entitled to any part of the Cash Back offered. Cash back files are closed and cannot be reopened in these cases.

    According to her this also means early claims!!!

    What can my next course of action be? Should I send a letter now to e2save? Or should I write in a LBA?!

    Send a letter in first asking for this in writing. It clearly doesn't state what you have been told. Ask for your future claims/account to be re-instated.
    If no joy, then a LBA giving a deadline before sueing. Don't threaten to sue if you don't plan to go ahead with it though. Contacting Consumer Advice will give you peace of mind in the meantime and they may get Trading standards to have a look at your case and possibly resolve it.

  • Who should I send it to? And which address should I use to send?

    I would send your inital letter to where you sent your claim. State your case and let them try to rectify things first. Take one thing at a time. Harder to do than say, but try to stay calm. I personally can't see how they can win this, but perhaps that's why am not a lawyer and rely on cleaning toilets :eek: (just joking):rotfl:
    Take your time and get the facts together, keeping it as simple as possible.

    What was the date of your 1st bill and what dates did it cover? I take it this is the "pricematch" deal. According to e2save you will have the option of 2 bills to send in. I can't see how it could be the Nov. one though.

    Yeah, it's the price match deal.

    First bill dated on 12th June.

    Netherside, The information on e2save DOES NOT APPLY, you are on a pricematch deal, so whatever it says to send in on their website (e.g. November) IS TO BE IGNORED as clearly stated when you purchased the contract.

    One question for someone in the know...this one month business for which you have to get your bill in..does it mean that you have one month from the day it is due to be submitted, or one month from the day that you recieved the bill?

    Got my neurotic head on today, so checked up with e2save.
    The answer they gave me which would apply to balusri's case is;

    Yes they can send in the Sept. 4th bill, but as I said above they CAN'T receive it until on/after 21st Sept. The bill must NOT be more than 28 days old. They can also send in the Oct.4th bill in, but it MUST be received by them within 30 days of 21st Sept.
    So it looks like we have options, but it makes sense to get in the earlier bill to get the cashback paid quicker.

    My claim will be as follows;

    Contract started 12/07
    First bill dated 21/07 (42 days 12/07-22/08)
    Second bill dated 21/08 (31 days 23/08-22/09)
    Third bill dated 21/09 (30 days 23/09-22/10)
    Forth bill dated 21/10 (31 days 23/10-22/11)
    The forth bill covers the days from 104-134 which both includes the 120 day period and the 4 month period. This is the bill I will send on 12/11 so as they receive it on 13/11 - sent Special Delivery (next day guaranteed) service.
    I also have the option of sending the Fifth bill dated 21/11 which must be received by them before 12/12.
    So balusri if you haven't sent off your claim yet you have a choice, send off your 4th Sept bill immediately or certainly make sure they receive it before it is older than 28 days, or wait for your next (4th Oct.) bill.

    Hope this has cleared things up, but probably not. Please reply to what you have actually done and best of luck.
