Does anyone know of a free or geograpical number for the cashback team - 08715223403 ?!
I've tried this for the last 15 mins and busy . . busy . . . busy.
I've looked on saynoto0870 but no luck!
Another thing, this is a old contract that is due to end next month. According to the table I'm supposed to send in my September bill.
I have cancelled my contract with THREE and they say they will not be sending a September bill but will do the joint bill in October. Does anyone know how this affects my cashback? The THREE guy I spoke to says it should be fine and the dealers have been informed of this change . . but I wish to make sure . .
On the e2save chart it says, "if you give 30 days notice on your account during month 11, this may be your closing bill"0 -
Try 01270 504440, it's the geographical No. for the cashback team.
It took me over 5 minutes to get through this morning though!!!!!!!**** Sealed Pot Challenge - Member #96 ****

mobilejunkies posts have got me worried now . .
My sister took out a LG contract on the 5th June and she's suppose to send in the 4th bill which according to the chart is September. She has sent this in.
EDIT ALL THIS - I just got through to e2save and they said all future claims cannot be claimed now because the bill has been sent in early! OH NO! Please advise what I can do . . :mad:0 -
This is a new development - started Saturday. You will have to go the legal route but shouldn't have much trouble winning. Provided you folowed the basics (which you haven't in the sense that you have claimed to early - but is still doable).0

You'll have to go the legal route. You have got it wrong I'm afraid - but if you get the rest right the legal route should be quite straightforward. Meanwhile, send in the claim on the CORRECT dates separately to a Letter Before Action.0

Can you tell me how I would/should go about this?
DO I have to wait till the 12 months is up . .?0 -
Tell them the T&C's are UNFAIR and if your claim is not re-instated you will sue via Moneyclaim online and recover ALL costs. Give them a deadline to re-instate you claim. Why did they void all future claims and not just charge a £10 fee for early claim??
Is this a "pricematch" deal??
