Yes it was - just found the cached version of the page - forumsupport@e2save.com
  • Best of luck trying to get anything sensible out of them!

The sig in the above post has been changed since it was posted.

    At 8:54 this message read:
No Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT3

Maybe your messages were removed because you broke the forum rules by posting on behalf of your company without getting any authorisation.

How can we be sure you are who you say you are? (You change the details in your posts in the same way you change your ts + cs & claim procedures - you originally wanted 9 days to reply, now you improve that to 3??)

Anyone can set up an account and claim to be from cpw. Bona fide reps get authorisation.

e2save are well aware of the rules, having previously been involved in the well documented virgin sim cashback debacle. (MSE Martin promoted an e2save deal, yet they still tried their tricks, and it wasn't until MSE Martin took up the fight did they pay up to MSE people!)

  • Yes, the thought occurred to me yesterday. Pretending to be them as a bit of fun. After all, what they say is usually completely laughable!
  • Regarding Virgin Sim - They may have paid up for MSe peeps but how many others have they conned! Are they related to Afer Dailey?

  • so maybe we should post those email addresses again for anyone who missed them:

    custrel@e2save.com

    and

    forumsupport@e2save.com

Maybe we should sign those email addresses up on some !!!!!! junk mail sites?
  • The first of those (apparently) no longer works.

Submitted final cashback claim on a price-match deal correctly. Letter received today saying claim submitted incorrectly, etc, etc. I phoned 0208 896 5000 and asked to be put through to the e2save cashback team. My first question was, what date had the claim been received. My second question was, what was the date of the bill. The response was that the CS could not see the date of the bill. However, she immediately added that there had been a mistake, because I had had an upgrade, and she asked me to hold on whilst she went through to the appropriate department to correct the mistake. She came back a couple of minutes later, advising me that my cheque for £81 had been processed and would be with me with 14-21 days. I am fairly convinced that this cashback will be received as advised.
