Like most things coming from them, it doesn't equate to intelligence.0

I hope know one minds me bumping this thread to the top again.
A quick question for those with Cashback claim problems....
I sent my 6th bill as instructed and received a letter in reply saying the claim was too late to process. I phoned the cashback team and they told me it was in fact too early and I had sent in month number 5. They there is no problem, just send in next months and all will be fine. Apparently letters are automatically generated and I was sent the wrong one (about cliam being too late).
Contract was taken out mid-March, 1st bill arrived March 26th so I assumed month 6 was September. But I was told they count month 1 as April. Is this correct or am I being mis-lead?
I have no reason to doubt the cashback team as I have not had any problem claiming in several years but after reading the horror stories on here I've started to worry a little.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks,

How interesting! E2Save have pulled their "helpful" post (previously numbered 2114) with the email address etc. Illustrates exactly what I was saying - they are entirely disengenuous!0

Totally in keeping with their track record for helping/listening/replying to reasonable requests.I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0

It depends if you are counting the hours they are sat around ignoring all thier customers! if you add up actual working hours it could run in to weeks!!:rotfl: :rotfl::j  :j0 -
Maybe that's how long it's taking to read all those enquiries they invited...0

Or they are busy trying to hire Ronald MacDonald custumes for their Court Appearances!

They'll do what they always do; pretend they'll turn up, then chicken out. Just think what their actions tonight have done for the their reputation; obviuously their appearance was merely for other reasons, as I always thought. Someone else has been watching them and they have got wind of it. That makes more sense than a sudden dose of customer concern.0

Yep must think they were going to impress someone?I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0

They got wind of something nasty which might be coming their way and decided to appear to be genuine for a couple of days. They are also in a new major partnership venture with a foreign company so maybe their directors were coming over for a couple of days and they were frightened they might stumble on this thread. Whatever the reason, it was certainly never the one they gave! Sometimes I wish I was wrong!0
