received my phone in mid june......sent off my 4th bill (July, August, September, October)which was October and was told my 4th bill should have been September so they refused to give me my cheque back........Rubbish, would never ever recommend....STAY AWAY..0

some folks may already know about this but once youve received your phone you can still log on to your account with e2save using the order ref no. and email address, from there it gives you a breakdown of the offer and which bills to send in.
hope this helps.0 -

im now on my 2nd contract the 1st went fine, hopefully the same this run!!
well i went onto e2save site logged in to my account and it gave me a breakdown of how ill be paid and what i need to send and when. worked last time hopefully the same this time.
i think most companies sendout a bill straight away even though you may not have been connected for a full month, usually within a week, some companies call that your 1st bill so your 4th actually comes when youve been connected for 3 full months, i think it may be used like this to catch punters out. not entirely certain about that but hopefully someone with more know how will let you know.
but try the e2save login, all you need is the email address you used and the order ref. no once logged in go to offer. you should see the breakdown of your deal.

With your phone contract/invoice would have been a breakdown chart of exactly which bill you would need to send in.
Mine was ordered in July - the paperwork sent said 4th bill is OCTOBER - sent it in and they paid immediately.
A phone ordered in June needed the September bill sending in - the paperwork is clear enough ! (and yes if you look you will have had a JUNE bill from Orange or whoever)There are 10 types of people in the world. ‹(•¿•)›(11)A104.28S94.98O112.46N86.73D101.02(12)J130.63F126.76M134.38A200.98M156.30J95.56J102.85A175.93

Thinking about ordering a phone from e2save, only want the contract for the first 12 months, to get best deal out of offer, when do I cancel the contract? When my 12 months is up, when I've sent off the bill, when I received the cash back?0

hi iv just ordered a phone this morning from them and so far am waiting for a email confirmation which should have been recieved straight away and cant access their portal.. fingers crossed!
to cancel your contract you have to let your network provider know and e2save know about 30 days before.0
