I have just spoken with an e2save cs person. She has advised that within the next 5 working days I will receive a letter telling me which cheque can be banked. Let's just wait and see!

sent my 2nd cashback form to the dunstable address (recorded) on friday and got a text today .
  • Just received my first cashback cheque - I sent the claim special delivery rather than recorded as royal mail will reimburse you if the claim gets "lost". Costs 4.10, but after reading other's experiences thought it would be worth it.

I thought I'd been lucky just like you, but E2Save/CPW have cancelled the 2nd cheque, much to my annoyance.

Strangely they seem quite efficient at doing this.
I do hope you're telling the truth?

Well one of them's cleared anyway, I'll see what happens to the next one.
One was from CPW and one from E2S

Is there an email address for e2save any more? From reading this thread calling them seems to be a nightmare. I've moved house since I took out a contract with them and need to change the address they hold so the cheque comes to the right place.

I've heard that they will send the cheque to the address on the phone bill but I'd rather be safe than sorry!
