I also sent my 2nd claim by special delivery to the Dunstable address and it is still showing as come back later. I rang Royal Mail yesterday evening to complain (08457 74074 opt 4 then opt 2 then just wait!), they looked on another system (?) and could confirm that this was delivered and signed for. They are sending me a copy of the signature free of charge (this is included in the special delivery charge).
I will then have some amunition if E2Save decide not to play ball as I know that they often use the Royal Mail site to tell you whether the letter has been received or not. RM told me that they still bulk deliver to this office !!!0 -

jertzy,
From my post one page back, this should have been sorted a long time ago after THREE complaints to Royal Mail and three promises that the problem has been sorted...
Could you PM me the tracking number and i'll complain to them AGAIN!!!
Was the old address Dunstable? or somewhere else?!?

Well,
Everyone seems to be having trouble getting cashback from E2Save, yet I've just had a call from my wife saying that we've received a 2nd! cheque for our 2nd cashback claim.
I know this isn't rightfully ours per t&c's, so I think (assuming they both clear) I'll put it in a Savings a/c until CPW ask for it back or 'offset' it against the 3rd claim!0 -
I sent in my 2nd claim for e2save last friday and suprisingly it was tracked on the tuesday by royal mail! I guess they had to after the first claim (apprently went missing) got delayed and i complained to RM...seems to me have sorted themselves out.
Btw dont forget to claim if ur item is delayed/goes missing...i got £8 worth of first class stamps when i complained!0 -
I am about to send off my first claim to e2Save. Does anyone know if they accept online billing bills because my address does not appear on the bill.0

Good customer service (and this site is all about customers) on & off for the few who are lucky is not good enough. I hope your good experience with them continues but please promise to let us know through an update if thinks start to fall apart when the time for your second cashback is due.
Aiadi, you asked me to give an update, well the cheque arrived yesterday and it was paid into my bank this morning.0 -

Well after the last e-mail resulting in "serious action" acheived nothing, I complained and got the response below:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX
I write in response to your e-mail regarding the problems that you have experienced when sending Recorded Delivery items to E2Save.
I would like to begin by apologising for the length of time that it has taken me to provide you with further information in regards to the action that has been taken.
I am pleased to inform you that I have received a response from the Manager of the recipients Delivery Office. I have been informed that a full investigation into the delivery of Recorded Delivery items to this address has been carried out and the findings showed that further action needed to be taken to resolve this issue.
As a result of the investigation a revision has been made at the recipients Delivery Office, in that an experienced full time Delivery Officer has been placed permanently onto this delivery to ensure that all Recorded Delivery items are tracked in and signed for.
Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience and frustration that this matter has caused you. I trust that the action taken will prevent this problem from occurring again. If this is not the case please contact me immediately and I will ensure that this matter is escalated further.
Regards

So fingers crosssed this time but I won't hold my breath.
Can anyone that sends recorded items to E2Save from today onwards let me know if they get signed for and if not, pm me the date sent and tracking number!!
Cheers

I sent a duplicate request by Special Delivery & that has been tracked as delivered and I have received a text confirmation. For £4.10 I suppose its peace of mind and better than me losing £80 cashback!Jertzy x0

I've not had any problems with e2save even when at first I used to send recorded delivery, I've always got my cashback cheques, I don't count the days, checking the post waiting for my cheques.
I see it like this, I take out a contract on good network, a plan with mins/texts that I'm going to use and a phone that I like and Finally a good cashback offer, so over the term of the contract I'll be using the phone I like and the mins/texts I need and when the cashback comes in it's a bonus. Rather than factoring my cashback in my monthly mobile spend and having to worry if I don't get it.
Though I would say I will chase a company and go through the small claims court if I've stuck to their T&C's and they don't honour their part.Nearly debt free
