All VERY true! Maybe the weight and cost of court cases and the effectiveness of this forum have finally forced them to make a stab at customer relations on here. At least this one's literate, unlike the last ones who popped up VERY briefly over a year ago before ducking down for cover from the responses they got. In fact, the whole company has got considerably worse since then!0

This is contrary to the information we get from royal mail.
They say that you don't "sign" for each letter, that they deliver them in bulk along with a list of the recorded reference numbers. E2save are supposed to check off the list and return it at a later date.
Sometimes you do and sometimes you don't, which is the royal mail explanation as to why recorded delivery items (which have been delivered), nevertheless never show up as "signed for".
As we sign for our post in bulk the "actual/physical" bill may or may not be included in the Royal Mail Bulk Delivery,
Thank you

If you get more than 1000 items daily that should be signed for but are not, this means the royal mail is getting more than £700 a day under false pretences. (Grosses up to £3500/week or more than £175,000 a year).
Royal mail advertises the recorded service as being "ideal for items you might need to prove were received". Clearly this doesn't happen under your "arrangement", which is to the detriment of your customers.0 -
It also proves the point previously discussed. Of the many who've been cheated by this lot in various ways, only a fraction end up posting on this forum (obviously). Whilst many also do get at least some of their cashback, E2Save have obviously calculated that overall the number who give up when their claims are unjustly refused clearly outweighs those who won't put up with the garbage this company now comes out with. Along with Quentin I am content to have played my part in nurturing the swelling numbers who are regularly joining this minority. Perhaps E2Save's reappearance is an indication that they are concerned. If so, it can only be because their calculations are being threatened - they defitinitely don't care about their loyal customers one jot any more. After all, with 1,000 a day to play stuff the customer with they started with the numbers in their favour.0

Then why the hell haven't you sent this info to customers??
I have one more claim to send, my final one which will be sent on Monday and it will be sent to the Crewe address as this is the only one I have ever be told to use. Of course it will be re-directed and the reason for that is because I haven't been told otherwise.

Furthermore, you could use this thread as proof of the change in address*, although the above recommondation still stands.
[Edit - * Provided you were foolish enough to take heed of my preposterous advice. See below. ]0 -

How are people meant to find out in the 1st place???
I would never use an email as proof anyway and will only ever send to an address I have received in writing which is on the T&C's, any other way leaves you vulnerable.
A simple change of address could easily have been sent out with the bills.
Too late for me now, mine will be sent to Crewe on Monday.

Hi guys,
Wonder if you can help me out.
My brother by mistake sent my claim with just the claim form NOT with the bill. Couple weeks letter came back a letter saying your claim is rejected.
I'm well within my 28 days window, am I able to re-submit my claim with the correct paperwork?
Learn from the mistakes of others - you won't live long enough to make them all yourself.0 -

You can email them by visting https://www.mycashbackclaim.co.uk or emailing customerservices@e2save.com.I would never use an email as proof anyway and will only ever send to an address I have received in writing which is on the T&C's,
What you regard or disregard as proof is purely your prerogative.A simple change of address could easily have been sent out with the bills.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by "sent out with the bills".
Don't get me wrong, there are a multitude of reasons to take E2save to task but failure to plaster the Loughborough address all over their website, the new cashback vouchers and in virtually every email and letter I have in correspondence with them is not one of them.
Some would advise you to continue to send claims to the Crewe address, however, a written confirmation via email should satisfy even the most skeptical.0 -

As far as I am aware, provided you are not on a "price match" deal, the standard deals Terms and Conditions do not invalidate further claims if a mistake is made. If you are within the 28 day time frame, I would make it a priority to get the correct paper work out to them and by special delivery with consequential loss cover.0
