You then have a recent contract (last couple of months.) That means you can send copy bills and may have 60 days to claim (don't count on it though!). You should have claim forms with the Loughborough address. In this instance that is where you should send your claims to. If they don't get there you can resend on this contract, provided you keep a close eye on it.0

Hi, just bumping up my previous message:
"I received a "Gerneral Form of Judgment or Order" from Birmingham County Court with reference to my claim.
It states that the Judge has said that we can resolve this via the Mediation service, which is not guaranteed, and any outcome would be "WITHOUT PREJUDICE" - but it seems as though I've already tried this anyway.
Will wait to see what happens, but looks like if I don't notify the Court within 4 weeks, they'll send me a Hearing Date, and I pay £25 fee, and then turn up in court!
Looking forward to taking these folks to court!"
Quentin - do you know what happens at this stage? Has anyone actually got to this stage...?0 -
If I upgrade my phone in month 11 (as o2 allow me to), will I still be able to use the month 12 bill to claim my fifth cashback?
I can't see how they could deny it from the Terms and Conditions. I'm sure they would try, but I'm confident I could win an MCOL. Am I right?0 -
If you break the cashback ts + cs they will correctly deny you.0

Did you tick the box for the mediation service when you completed the questionnaire?
(How do you mean you have tried this already?)0 -
Does it involve a tariff change? If so, then it is a breach.(unless your ts + cs permit it)0

Does anyone know how o2 works?
My bill date is the 3rd of every month, my contract finishes on 1 Sep. So if I cancel my contract on 4 Sep, will I still get a 3 Sep bill? Or do they still just send out one of those "final bill" INSTEAD, a couple of weeks later.
And if that "final bill" is dated 15 Sep, will that be accepted by e2save?0 -
I've just took a 24 month deal with CPW o2 and was told to wait for my last bill to be generated before agreeing the deal. I was told it would not affect my cashback as they only needed the 12th bill to show the tariff details.
My 12 month deal is up on 12th July and the deal starts on the 19th July (minutes wise) @£5 month.

Ah, that's interesting. So you waited 6 days after your 12th bill before playing with your tariff.0
