Thank you for your help.
You don't need to, just go back a page and check #1885. You actually used it in a quote #1902That means you can send copy bills and may have 60 days to claim

If you took it out in February you don't have 60 days.0

Now the enitial 28 days have passed they filed saying they are going to file a defence. Then I received a letter last week recorded delivery with a letter same as the email! so far I have ignored it. What is the next step?
If you are certain the full period allowed to submit a defence has passed, (28 days from the date of service), you can ask for judgement. If you are using MCOL you can do this anyway on line now (if the time allowed has not yet expired it will give you an error message, as it will if a defence has been submitted). If you get judgement ask for payment immediately and await the cheque.
If a defence has been submitted, then await this coming through the post from the court. The court will send instructions on what to do next.
If the letter is from cpw offering the same settlement you have previously rejected, then you can either ignore it, or send the same reply you already sent (or accept it if you want to).0 -

No-one here can give you an answer that you can rely on in court should you end up taking legal action over your claim

On a slightly different note.....
I have successfully regained 4 of my 5 cashbacks from E2save,,,I was about to terminate my contract with CPWo2 when i got a call asking me to stay with them next year, wishing to cut my outgoings and abandon the stress of cashback i agreed an excellent cheap sim only deal to begin when my cash back contract ends....However, they have implemented the deal immediately and although after lots of(free) phonecalls they say my last bill will be changed back to enable me to claim my final cashback...I dont believe them...I havent signed anything, have an email saying my upgrade was returned within the 14 days, but my penultimate bill has changed and i wonder if theres anything i can do if my final bill comes and shows the new contract rather than the E2save old one...
and of course because of this offer, i didnt send my termination notice in...0 -
Seems to me you've fallen for their banter before... you should know better! Nothing they tell you is to be believed. However, two of my little group did "updgrade" early this year and at least one of them got their final claim paid. Still - they weren't so-called "price-match" deals as yours is. Personally, although they have tempted me before I have always refrained. Apart from anything else I have also established a so-called upgrade counts towards the maximum number of contracts via cpw in any 12 month period - and I've always had much better deals by giving these offers a miss.0

No i didnt fall for it before...its the same deal, only when i realised, i tried to pull out...and yes i should have known better, but would never have dreamt, thought or even given it any idea that they would implement it immediately...so i stand chastised!!!!..
I've been told 6 times that my contract has reverted to the old one.....but i dont be;lieve them
Theres 26 or so notes on my file telling everyone that looks that my final billl is to be unaltered, but if its not, do i have any claim to my final cashback....0 -
I would. It's their fault and the same company after all. Why give them an easy ride?0

How did they still get their final claim paid? Surely their 12th bill will show the tariff change. The reason I'm asking is because I'm upgrading to the iPhone (don't say anything!!!) - and my impatience won't let me wait until the end of the contract, so I'm upgrading as soon as they let me (which is after 11 months).
What are my chances of claiming the final cashback? Zero?!0
