It has been stated on here many times that the online dates can be wrong, stick to the dates you get on your T+C's that came with the phone:j  :j0

I've had no problems at all, but others obviously have. Will 100 mins be enough???
Better free deals at http://www.mobiles2yourdoor.co.uk/default.asp with better Quidco cashback as well.

Apologies if you are all aware of this but I thought I would let you know of another "pitfall" that may trap some customers wanting to cancel their contracts after the offer term.
Following my settlement in full plus interest, etc from CPW for £490, I decided today to contact CPW to ask how I could cancel the contract (after reading the T+C's throughly and finding no mention of this !?!) I was told that I would have to ring up 34 days before my contract was due to end and would be given a disconnection code and an address to send my request to. I would then have to give written notice quoting this number within the next 3 working days in order for my disconnection to be considered ! (as contract must be cancelled 30 days before).
I asked CPW for the address now, but they refused point blank, claiming that this only appeared on their screens once the termination code was generated 34days before the end of the contract! They also used the old ruse that they were not part of E2Save.com and that I should buy another contract from them!!
I am tempted to contact their legal department and inform them of my giving notice to end my contract as I am concerned that they are placing yet more obstacles in my way !0 -
The 180 days etc is irrelevant to current t&c. The dates they spout in the t&c and on individal accounts (when you are "lucky" enough to find any) are also generally wrong. This company is quite unscrupulous, disorganised and (really) plain stupid since the IIC took command. Anyone dealing with them nowadays should deal with the present and never the past. The present is different and extreme care should be taken. I am still using them but for those I look after I prefer using Mobiles2yourdoor, where the risk is generally far less - but only today. With these companies THINGS CHANGE - so anyone doing any cashback deal really does need to be entirely on their toes and understand precisely everything. This includes preparing to sue for the point of order and working on that basis. Doing that usually means you don't have to - but just in case...! If nothing else it means you should know exactly what you ARE doing!0

nonedeplume; this is quite common and well established malpractice by cpw. Read the relevant thread and ignore what THEY tell you.0

NO reply to LBA need to send of MCOL. You cant actually view the T&C online as they dont put them up! :mad:0

That's one thing I've never had any trouble finding. Click on the "12 months free" and you can find them that way at the time. Click on "Contact us" and you can't do anythingof the kind - but you can find your way round the t&c and a few other things. Another word of advice to all; never EVER order anything without finding and printing out the actual t&c you sign up to WHEN you actually order anything. As for LBA and MCOL - it is standard practice for this bunch of idiots nowadays and provided you have done things right (not having the t&c is a very bad start!) you should have no problem in extracting the payments which you are entitled to - and at their expense!0

e2save are probably more busy dealing with Court Claims, than they are dealing with Cashback Claims...
Would be interesting to see how much money they lose through paying legal fee's. I've sent off my Court Hearing Form, and now waiting for the date Several emails to e2save have been ignored (they were prompt with replies when I was 'negotiating' a settlement).0 -
Where do i send the LBA? Is it the same address as my cashback claims? My claim is for my "NON" auto cashback. I havnt got to the stage of sending any bills in yet!
Thanks in advance
The address i have is:
Cashback Claims, PO BOX 337, Crewe, CW2 8WE0
