Were you asking for all money due or just an installment?
My automatic cashback didn't come and I've not had a text telling me its been successfully raised so therefore I'm suing for the lot.0 -
Having successfully claimed cashbacks on a previous contract I took out a new contract last November and was careful to send all claim forms and documents on the correct date for the first claim 120 days after connection. I was then sent a rejection letter as apparently in the small print of the terms and conditions if your old number is ported you also need to send the original first bill showing original number. I still had this so sent it by return post still within the time limit but this was then rejected as it did not have the original latest bill attached.! I wrote explaining they already had this but was told all documents are destroyed on receipt! (also in small print of terms and conditions). I have also been told that now my first claim is rejected all future claims are invalid! (also in small prit of terms and conditions !
Is there anything else I can do?0 -

Write a letter threatening legal action in 14 days.
14 days later start court proceedings for the entire cashback claim using MCOL online.0 -

ericthelobster wrote: »I'm preparing to send in my first claim under a Price Match deal. Now, I printed off and absolutely all the paperwork when I signed up in Dec 2007; however 4 months later I'm now a bit freaked by the printed 'warning' about Pricematch contracts having different T&Cs to normal contracts. Now I'm pretty sure that what I've printed out are indeed the special PriceMatch T&Cs, but with nothing in the documents themselves to confirm this, I need to be 100% sure.
I've trawled all the way through this thread and read many warnings about the different T&Cs, but nobody seems to say how they differ. Is it just the submission dates? Because contrary to others' experience, on all the documentation I've been either emailed, or read on mycashbackclaim.co.uk, gives identical dates.
Thanks
This is what i was worried about, but i managed to download the pricematch terms and conditions and my only difference was the PO box i had to send it to, which also matched the 'terms and conditions of offer' There was no other difference. I also downloaded the 'pricematch terms and conditions' on there website which were identical to the 'T+C's of offer'
I was paranoid but my 1st claim was successful. make sure you get the transaction no right!!!!!!!:o:j  :j0 -

Incidentally I note that my invoice describes my order as "Dolphin £35 12m 12m Free PM" so you have to be on the ball to even decipher that the "PM" means "Price Match" and therefore different T&Cs. Slimy gits...0 -
In my case the Offer Information / Cashback Claim Process html page differed from the t&c pdfs. Also in at least one deal the PO BOX number and post code differed in the t&c pdf sent to me after purchase and the t&c pdf saved from the link in Offer Information html page.
They also sen't me the old checkback calander just after the purchase, probably was a link in the confirmation email just (attempt) to confuse even more, I would have to check what address they put in there! not that it has any relevance!
I used the address given just prior to purchase. I have copies of all the t&a relating to my purchase, so can show the judge all e2save's misleading information if it comes to it and I'm increasingly thinking its going to happen for the next set of deals I'm going for.
If you have mistakenly used the wrong PO BOX/Post code but it's in one of the t&c they sent you and they refuse your claim, I would just LBA/MCOL, though I'd rather not make the mistake in the first place...
So far received all payments for my "Price Match" deals, waiting for the next lot of cheques to come through the door in the next few weeks.0 -
hi, i have soime problem regarding e2save cashback.
contract start = 11dec 07
1st bill = 12 dec
now i want to send my bill which is after 120 days for cash back. I received my 4th month on 16th of april and i've sent it via recorded mail to PO BOX 462, Crewe, CW1 9DY (ts&cs address) on that day. I still havent receive any text from them, and i had wasted 40++ pounds but still failed call them.
I plan to resend the bill now. The problem is, the bill which i sent to crewe was the copy (not original). Now, i plan to send to loughborough address with my original bill to avoid further delay. I m worried that if i sent the bill to loughborough, they may say i didn't stick to my ts&cs address. Another way round, if i send to crewe address, it takes some times to redirect. My bill date is 12th april and i received it on 16th april. Today is 2nd of may and 10th of may is the 28th day.
I am really worry now, anyone help me pls.. many many many many thanks0 -

After filing MCOL on 15/4/08, I have now received an acknowledgement of intent to defend all of the claim from e2save. Their solicitors are Mason Hayes Solicitors, 3000 Manchester Business Park, Aviator Way, Manchester. I cannot find much information on them, except this http://www.intersolicitors.co.uk/uk-directory/england/greater-manchester/mason-hayes.html
Will wait and see what happens after the 28 days.0
