Right, my auto cashback is now late. How long do people recommend I give e2save before wacking in my LBA, and then how long before court action.

something else?
I've seen suggestions of 28 days on this thread but I thought somebody suggested that was too generous.0 -
Its a decision you have to make, personally i would give them 7 days over the cut off period, send in the LBA giving them a further 7 days before i commenced MCOL. there is no right or wrong answer, if they have broken the terms and conditions you can do it immediately some may not want to give them any leeway, would they give you leeway?:j  :j0

Well I decided to give them a bit of leeway and rang them to ask where my AUTOMATIC cash back was. I was told my cheque would be out within a month and fully expected to not receive it, but amazingly it turned up a few days ago, well within the time. Depends how much time you have got I suppose - I don't have much and didn't want to get involved in anything time-consuming if I could get them to simply send me a cheque which thankfully they did. There are three ways to get something done; do it yourself, hire someone or forbid your kids to do it.0

Both me & my wife received our 1st cashback cheques today for contracts taken out in Nov 2007 under price-match. We sent the claims in early April to the Crewe address on the original cashback vouchers, but these were redirected to Loughborough when i checked on-line with Royal Mail. However cheques were sent promptly and within the timeframe, so we can't fault them this time or on the previous occassions we have used them also.0

Received my 3rd claim (from Price Match offer) today - No problems at all. Received within 14 days of sending in the claim.0
