As long as that was the address you were originally told to use, then you have done the right thing.

Check with rm track and trace that the claims have been delivered.

Hi, could anyone tell me if a claim for cashback is deemed to be "delivered" if the Recorded Delivery says " it was delivered from our Hedge End office" but has no electronic proof as it is not available for this item?. Cocked up on the MCOL form and have had to reinstate my claim.

Have you tried ringing them up and getting a proper proof of delivery certificate? They're free if you did special delivery, or there's a small fee if you just sent it normal recorded.

Thanks i'll give that a try on Monday, it was Recorded so as to meet spec of e2save. I've done my end of things and have the tracking number so hoping for cheque this time. I cocked up the MCOL form by putting myself as the claimant and defendant and came to light when it was rejected. According to MCOL they will refund my £25 fee as long as i have reinstated a fresh claim. Ta

This may have been answered already but what name & address are people putting on their MCOL forms to claim against E2save. Is it their Head Office or is it CPW. As someone who successfully sued Mobile Media Systems ( Phonebox Direct ) just before they went bust I do not want to make any mistakes. Any help would be much appreciated.

    They are the same anyway!

As for Jeppy; you're a disaster waiting to happen. If you couldn't be bothered to read ALL the relevant threads on E2Save and OSPS etc which have been fully updated for years BEFORE embarking on another cashback deal (and AFTER losing out on a much higher risk dealer previously) I think you're a lost cause!!

How rude!! I am not new to this and yes I have benefitted by thousands!! Even so I dont like to lose more!!

You too have lost - stop being so nasty and get on with your own life!!

I dont have as much time as you to check out thousands of posts as I have a full time job!! A family!!! A LIFE!!

I do not know why you are always so nasty in your answers you always talk down to people and this should not be allowed on these forums!!

I thought MSE was about being helpful not critising!!
