All explained in the guide for claimants:

    http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/onlineservices/mcol/userguide/claimant/information.htm

You have the right to claim interest on the unpaid, overdue money. This is explained when you reach the interest section when filling in the MCOL.

You need to complete the claim prior to 9.00 am for it to be dealt with that day.

Well i now am logging onto e2save site and when logging into my account and opening the cashback dates, low and behold they are displayed. But totally different dates to original ones on there which i have a copy of. What is this company up to and which dates should i comply with?

It doesn't matter which dates you use, they will claim it is the wrong one!

They did the same to me, but I had printed out the original dates, printed the revised dates, did an MCOL threatening to show the changes and they paid me off. I had already tried to claim my cashback using the original dates and they had refused and invalidated all my cashback claims. I am just about to do another MCOL for my final outstanding cashbacks as apparently legal action is not the approved way of getting your cashbacks, and will invalidate all future claims.

I have also just called the O2 (run by carphonewarehouse) disconnections line as my contracts are just about up, and said I wanted to cancel due to the E2Save aggro. The nice lady on the phone carefully explained that O2 and CPW had nothing to do with E2Save (which was a totally disreputable company) and was concerned that E2Save had damaged their good name. After a bit of an argue, with me telling em what I though of E2Save, CPW and O2, I was told they would like me to keep my existing phone for another year at no cost to me (£25pcm for 12 months, but a credit of £300 on my account) and they would like my partner to keep my other account for another 18 months for £5pcm (£30pcm with my account credited £25pcm for 18 months).

So that's 75min + 125 txts for nothing, and 275 mins + 250 txts for £5 a month (using existing Phones and SIMs).

Was that a good deal or should I have told em to stuff their contracts?

With regard to ANY dates on individual E2Save accounts, I have been warning for months on all these threads that they are WRONG more often than not. You have no need of ANY dates they give you IF you know what you're doing in the first place.

    Hi Mobilejunkie
I think you need to briefly qualify your last sentence (or have you already done so in your cashback guide!).

Were you asking for all money due or just an installment?

My automatic cashback didn't come and I've not had a text telling me its been successfully raised so therefore I'm suing for the lot.

Just about to send off claim #4 in a 12-month e2save price match deal I took out mid Dec 07. Would appreciate clarifications / experiences on the following points ...

Q1 I ported my number so am required to send off 'a copy of the first bill' ... the #4 #6 #8 #10 #12 bills must be 'original monthly bill' ... Q is do I send a photocopy / original of the first bill?

Q2 my price match T&C's don't state whether claim form should be originals that came with the phone or the PDF copies that came via email at the time of order. E-mails that arrived at the time of order, state I should use those accessible via the link in the email. Fortunately I have both (and incidentally they're identical) although they've now invalidated the URL link in my original email. Q is do I send original claim form or PDF print

Q3 my first bill showed I was connected on an 18 month contract not a 12-month as I signed up for. I had Orange rectify this and provide me with a letter confirming their error. I plan to send this with my first claim and enclose a covering letter confirming all enclosures. Q3 they wouldn't reject a claim on the basis of sending more supporting documentation than that requested?

My gut feel is the answers to my questions are

Q1 send a PHOTOCOPY of the first bill plus the ORIGINAL month 4 bill
Q2 complete the printed PDF claim voucher
Q3 send the Orange letter assuming they won't reject my claim on the basis of sending more info. than was requested

Having been watching the posts on this thread for some time and just want to get it spot on given the bad experiences reported by many. Thanks

Sounds like a good plan. If you printed all the offer details at the time of purchase to show that you are on the correct length of contract that should cover you. Beware; THEIR claim window is already half-way gone so don't delay!

Rabbitmad; no need to justify - I have posted it MANY times on all these threads - there are many of those too! If you read through you will discover that many others have been mislead with incorrect account dates.

I'm preparing to send in my first claim under a Price Match deal. Now, I printed off and absolutely all the paperwork when I signed up in Dec 2007; however 4 months later I'm now a bit freaked by the printed 'warning' about Pricematch contracts having different T&Cs to normal contracts. Now I'm pretty sure that what I've printed out are indeed the special PriceMatch T&Cs, but with nothing in the documents themselves to confirm this, I need to be 100% sure.

I've trawled all the way through this thread and read many warnings about the different T&Cs, but nobody seems to say how they differ. Is it just the submission dates? Because contrary to others' experience, on all the documentation I've been either emailed, or read on mycashbackclaim.co.uk, gives identical dates.

    Thanks
