Sorry; I made a mistake. I should have said if taken out before September. If the April original bill gets there early next week you'll have complied with their window and the legal t&c (by 9th May at the very latest by my reckoning). I'm afraid I'm too tired and too stretched for time to work it out more precisely!0

hmm... thx mj
My contract is pricematch deal 12months free, regarding the address, i have 2 diff address in my t&cs, in email, it asked me to send to PO BOX 337. while i clicked in the download t&cs (a part of my emial) it asked me to send to PO BOX 462. I dun have the voucher for PO BOX 337, Crewe, CW2 8WE, but i have the vocuher pdf file for POX BOX 462. I am not sure whether which address to follow. If i send to PO BOX 337, do i need a voucher for it?
thx for help everyone.. I sincerely appreciate it0 -
You need the voucher, but the 462 address is the one to use here in any case. Both get redirected to Loughborough so don't delay sorting this out! Good luck!0

After filing MCOL on 15/4/08, I have now received an acknowledgement of intent to defend all of the claim from e2save. Their solicitors are Mason Hayes Solicitors, 3000 Manchester Business Park, Aviator Way, Manchester. I cannot find much information on them, except this http://www.intersolicitors.co.uk/uk-directory/england/greater-manchester/mason-hayes.html
Will wait and see what happens after the 28 days.
Received the same letter acknowledging my claim, and e2save's solicitors (Mason Hayes) are intending on defending the FULL claim. They have 28days to come up with something.
Will be interesting to see what cr*p they come up with, as the Autocashback was not sent to me in Month 2 (October 2007). I did chase them for this, but as it was £12, it was more hassle than its worth so requested this £12 when sending in my Month 6 cashback claim of £34. They ignored the £12 and also returned all the paperwork saying that I sent it in too early. After contesting them, e2save said that as a "goodwill gesture" they will pay the Month 6 cashback if I send them my NEXT bill, which would be Month 7 now.
I sent them a LBA and all the relevant paperwork including their very own T&C's and cashback calendar outlining when I took out my contract (Sept 07), stating the individual months on their calendar, replicating this on the individual bills (i.e. Month 1, 2, through to 7). I gave them 14days to respond, but nothing received.
Phoned their 0870 number for cashback queries, and was told that I need to request the Autocashback if I don't receive it. I questioned why it is worded "Automatic", if customers need to request it, and the woman (Lorraine) said that it's just their policy.
Lorraine was unwilling to give me their Head Office address or an address for the MCOL claim to be posted to, but after arguing with their customer service and requesting to speak to someone more senior, she gave me the Loughboro address.
Just logged into "My Account" on the e2save website and no cashback details on there, so looks like they are p*ssed off, and wiped off all my cashback info so I can't print it off when they defend. Clever tactic they have, but I've already beat them to it :-p
Will keep you guys posted. Thanks to everyone on here for posting their updates, especially MobileJunkie and Quentin.0 -
Hi
I received my bill to send in for cashback 4 out of 5 on 28 April but realised I had not got any cashback vouchers dated 4 or 5. I rang e2save cashback queries team and was told to download one from the website which has a Loughborough address on. the person I spoke to told me just to send it to this address.
My terms and conditions say to use the po box 337 address in Crewe. I sent it to the Crewe address on 29 April recorded delivery (I took photocopies of everything I sent). Royal Mail website is saying
"Your item has reached the delivery office and is out for delivery. We can confirm that your item left the delivery office this morning and should arrive shortly if it hasn’t been delivered already."
Do you think I should resend everything, with a note to say that I'm having to send a photocopy as I am not confident the original has arrived?
I'd be grateful for any advice.thanks0 -
No,
contact RM customer services and find out if it is delivered. The redirection does not affect your cashback, contact RM and get it confirmed.:j  :j0 -
Hello Everybody
I dunno if i m being stupid here to ask this question after seeing so many people having problems with e2save .
Is it not really worth going with them ? i was just thinking to get a deal from them
Plz advise me are they really bad on cashbacks?
Thanks in advance0 -
If you can't make your own judgements by reading the hundreds of posts about them on numerous threads I would avoid doing any cashback deals if I were you!0

lol
I think the general consensus is that you will get cashback - but only if you are very scrupulous with paperwork, dates, T&C and finally being prepared to enforce your entitlement with legal redress if they start making up spurious reasons for not paying out. It's up to you todecide how organised you are and if the time spend = the saving in line rental.
I've had cashback with The Link, CPW OSPS and E2S, E2S is the only one that caused me any problem - had I know more about their methods at the time I'd probably have threatened them with court action.
Mobilejunkie keeps pointing out that successful past experiences are no guarantee of present performance - the quantity and generosity of these deals has contracted considerably, with the sellers making a far greater effort NOT to pay out. So you know the score.I do hope you're telling the truth?0
