Read the threads, my guide and the actual t&c IF you know what they really are. If you don't know (as you already should) after reading and didn't when you signed up you should NOT be doing any cashback deal in the first place.0

I have had cashback from the beginning of the contact and all was well untill the last 2 cashback payments. My friend and I , she's got a contract with them too - both sat down and wrote envelopes and all the cashback offers details on paper for the whole 18 month contracts and wrote the dates in our diaries and we also remind each other to send a copy of our bill in with all the paperwork in and like clockwork we always do. Last month they moved premesis because they have gotten so big and needed larger premesis. While this happened, my last bill was delayed due to them not me, as I sent it on time, but the time it took them to get the mail from one post box to another it delayed my last claim so I was £49.00 down and this month I havn't received any cash back either !!
Very similar thing has happened to me.
Got the 1st cashback, missed the 2nd one (by 1 day! ) due to them updating my new address too late.........and now haven't received the 3rd one!
Can't get through to them on the phone & my emails are being ignored. They've even removed my cashback details from my online account.
Any suggestions as to how i go about getting in contact with them to try & rectify this?0 -
I'm just about to make the first claim on two new e2save contracts (we had two last year and got every cheque back with no problem). I called customer service for some advice and was happy with what I was told, except that the rep stated that my contracts were 'Price Match' and that a failed claim invalidated every other claim. This was news to me. It wasn't mentioned when I ordered on line and isn't detailed on either the invoices or on the 'your offer explained' paperwork. There were no 'Price Match' conditions enclosed either. Has this happened to anyone else? Are there any other 'Price Match' clauses?
Incidentally, I was told to send cashback claims to the Loughborough address. Apparently, they are consolidating the cashback operations there and mail to the Crewe addresses is being forwarded (or so she said). There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

If you have correctly submitted your claims in accordance with your ts + cs, then don't waste time trying to speak to them.
Do the LBA, then MCOL route.
But if you have broken the rules, (your post doesn't properly explain why your second cashback was refused), all you can do is try a letter of appeal as a last resort before putting it down to experience.0 -

The pricematch ts + cs are draconian. (They seem designed to make you fail)
You need to search and get a copy and stick to them.
In particular, don't take any notice of the advice on where to send your claim.
Sending a pricematch claim to a different address to the one in the ts + cs has already cost at least one MSE member (who posted his experience) all his cashback!0 -
That leaves me with a dilemma. I don't believe I was sold a Price-Match deal and there's no reference to it on any documentation, so should I follow the cashback instructions I was given or should I switch to something different (which I don't have the instructions for). If I follow the Price-match conditions, mightn't that be viewed as me accepting them, even if I don't believe it's what I was sold?
Does anyone know where I can view the price-match conditions? There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

Save me a phone call - what is the Loughborough address? All my claim vouchers have the Crewe address on. Making first claim now.

I found it here. At first glance, it looks like the t+c's I got, but I've no mention anywhere of 'Price-Match' or of a failing claim invalidating the rest.
Despite being told by phone to send caims to Loughborough, I'm taking Quentin's advice and sending claims (recorded) to Crewe as detailed on my t+c's. They said mail is being forwarded from Crewe in any case. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

(your post doesn't properly explain why your second cashback was refused)....
To cut a long story short, i moved house & gave them adequate time to update my details (before my next '6th Month' cashback was due).
But because they took so long updating their records (probably done on purpose ) , i was forced to send my claim in at the last minute, as obviously the address details have to be correct & match their records in order to receive your cashback.
I posted the claim on the 1st Feb, they received it on the 2nd Feb...... with me thinking (going by the 180 days condition) that my cut off date was the 2nd Feb.
They then sent me an email saying they were sorry blah blah blah - but my cut off date was the 1st Feb & i wasn't going to receive my cashback.
I sent them an email stating i didn't think this was correct, but it was just ignored.
I didn't think there was much else i could do, so just made sure my next claim was sent in good time.
I sent the 3rd claim on 26th March (cut off date 1st April). They received & signed for it on the 27th March & i haven't heard a thing from them!............as i said before, they've even removed all cashback details from my online account which is very suspicious, to say the least.0
