Help! Does anyone have a saved copy of the electronic PRE JAN 2008 E2save cashback voucher saved that they could email me (the ones with the crewe address on them)? I received the first bill I am required to send in to claim my first stage of cashback yesterday (pricematch Ts&Cs), so logged onto my e2save account to download the cashback vouchers last night, and as mentioned in other threads, e2save have now removed all information relating to cashback. All it says when you click on it now is "there is no information for this order" whereas before there were full details of the exact dates of claims, and a link to download the cashback voucher. This has obviously been done deliberately to try and disrupt the cashback process and put people off pursuing their claims. I'm really annoyed as I saved a copy of the T's & C's the day I ordered the 2 phones, but didn't download the cashback vouchers there and then as I assumed they would always be available. The downloadable one currently on the e2save website are identical to the ones that were in force when I ordered my phones, except that there is now the Loughborough address. I wonder if I printed that off and then sent my claim to crewe as per my T's and C's if my claim would be rejected? Any ideas? This is my 3rd cashback deal from e2save. Never any probs in the past, but looking around the forums it seems e2save have now jumped on the bandwagon of making things as unpleasant as possible when it comes to claiming cashback. Have tried the geographical number for their cashback team all afternoon today, and it has been constantly engaged. Thanks for any help you can give me.0

"About a month" isn't good enough. It also isn't what they're working to. There is enough information and help on here already to answer all your questions and concerns one way or the other if you do the legwork. Better start with this:-

Jeremygiles, I am not sure if there is ever an electronic cashback voucher with claim address to Crewe, and it doesn't matter whether you bought it before Jan 2008 or not because I bought my phone from e2save in Feb and cashback voucher I received still has Crewe on it instead of Loughborough shown on its downloadable version. Like what you said, they did this deliberately to make claims impossible if you lose the paper version as they don't accept photocopy or fax version. It seems that I will be in the same trouble if I need to reprint a voucher :-(0

There was. I always print out 2-3 copies at the time of purchase. As for the address; better read upon THOSE too - there are in fact four and sending the wrong contract claim to the wrong one can result in cashback denied.0

Just wanted to say a big thank you to mobilejunkie, Quentin et al for all your invaluable help, advice and tough love.
After a two month battle have just received 2 cheques for £84 without having to resort to LBA. (I stuck to my guns and to my original ts & cs) now just two more claims to go, then I'm outta there. I know - many a slip, and don't count your chickens and all that, but at least I feel a bit more confident now that they've gone by the original ts & cs.
BTW I realise I could probably have got the whole amount with an LBA but there was a mistake on my voucher (used very important unique ID number instead of illegible transaction number!) that they hadn't noticed and I didn't want to give them a chance to spot it, so I am satisfied with outcome.
Thanks again everyone:T0 -
Are you the MD of E2save?????..........nice first post
I'll tell you later today if the re-direct works for me
Rang Royal Mail Friday, Monday, Tuesday and finally today(using 18185)...at last...getting somewhere....apparantly the redirection is to Loughborough.....so she rang the sorting office there, and apparantly there were 2000 Recorded letters and lots of Special Delivery letters redirected to this office today, but the information hasnt been input to the system yet.
I told her mine had a Consequential loss Insurance on it, she told me if the signature wasnt on the web page by tonight they would consider it as lost....dont know where i'm better off now....it being lost and RM paying me my outstanding cash backs(through Consequential loss), or it being deliverd....i think the former will be less stressful....although my previous two cash backs have been no trouble at all....
I will let you know the outcome0 -

Hello mobilejunkie, and thanks very much for your comments. When you printed off the copies of the cashback vouchers, did you happen to keep a copy on your computer? If you did, would you be able to email me a copy? I spent all afternoon trying the geographical number for the cashback team and it's engaged. Looks like they took the phone off the hook!0 -
I have sent many letters to both carphone warehouse and o2 but no one responds, now i'm writing to the solicitors aswell, the solicitors sent me a letter asking me to return the phone to them but as i did not have an address, i sent it recorded delivery to the solicitor. A month later, they sent the phone back and said that i could not cancel the contract as i had passed the 7 day period and if i returned the phone to them again, they will accept it as a gift.
i would be more happy to pay a cancellation fee as it would be more reasonable than having to pay for months while i haven't had a working sim card. they are charging for a service that they did not provide.
i have looked through the brief contract that they provided, it has no mention of cancelling the contract and I have since tried searching on the internet for any information regarding cancellation fees with e2 save, but there isn't any information of that sort.

Hi, i'm a student and wanted to save some cash so I got a cashback offer from E2save and am just about to send of my first cashback claim. I have read through all the E2 save posts to make sure I have met all the terms and conditions. Howeve I need some clariffication on what to write in the 'cashback claimed' area on the voucher. Is it the amount I am intending to claim e.g, first istallment £84 or something else. I would really appreciate some clariffication on this matter from some of you more experienced customers who have successfully claimed and recieved your cash back recently. Also should I send my claim to the address on the voucher or on the t+c.
Thank You0 -
is it 120 days after the date on the sales invoice or 120 days after connection as shown on first bill (which in my case is 33 days later!! I had the phone but didnt use it until then!)0
