    warning warning.......

do not use crewe cw1 and cw2 addresses

1- sources say theres a "deliberate" delay in directing post
2- cw1 and cw2 post will not be redirected altogether.

    i suggest u call cs

send claims directly to them where itll take a day to reach them.....

    new address is le11 9el

I WOULD NOT TAKE THIS ADVICE PEOPLE.

I have a price match contract (6300 from orange back in june 2007), and I have always sent the cash back form with the original address on the claim form, which was PO BOX 337, Crewe CW28WE.

They appear to be redirected though according to the RM Tracking:
Your item with reference DW*** was delivered from our LOUGHBOROUGH Delivery Office on 03/03/08 .
Thank you for using this service.

For some reason SED has posted this same message around 7 or 8 times in the last couple of days in various threads here, and in various forms.

It's almost as if he has a vested interest in getting us to breach the cashback conditions by following his assertive (though bad) advice??

I don't think so - I was accused of working for the company today believe it or not! Lol! Bad advice happens; people mean well but don't really understand things as they need to and can as a result encousrage people to do something they shouldn't! I must confess I restrained myself with my initial response; deducted my usual venom! The good thing is that more people seem to be able to differentiate the good advice from the bad now.

firstly i dont work for e2save
secondly, i was merely helping ppl getting caught out as these crewe addresses are to be ceased- so u might as well post your claims to lapland!
thirdly, its a fact their "new operation" is now at le11
fourthly, pls someone own up if their claim was rejected because they sent it to the wrong address- u will find there is no-one

anyway i will let u all know how i get on

but ppl are risking it by sending their claims to crew as these are vacant

hello everybody. I have been chasing up E2 since my mothers cashback claim never arrived at the beginning of January. She received a text confirmation but still has not heard anything. As she is over 70 years old and has not email access i have taken up this seemingly lost cause.
Here is where we are up to at the mo.
13 jan claim sent RD and received by them on 15th jan
19 jan email sent asking if they could possibly chase up the wherabouts of the cheque
22nd sent letter ny RD with another copy of bill asking their attention, also got name of person who signed for this
23rd reply received from last email not letter, asking that i resend by email/fax the bill for the attention of sarah cunnington
    Done immediately by email
5th march sent another email as no reply or response from last email and RD letter
10th march still no response apart from the standard "we will respond within 2 working days etc" So another email sent. this time no auto reply

SO PLEASE could somebody advice me on what to do next.

The letter i wrote was sent to LE11 5XH
my mother is due to send her final cashback claim withina couple weeks but we fear she'll have no joy again and by this time be owed over £130 of which is a lot of money for a 77 year old.

As always if you read all these threads:- send a LBA to the registered London address (on website), then sue. Unless you want to re-send it 100 times and still not get paid. Send the next claim as usual and ensure it tracks. If they don't pay, same again. It's not a price-match deal so it's better to deal with each claim as it falls.

SED - read the threads; someone WAS rejected recently for doing just that. The crewe addressES are not "deceased". Bad advice doesn't help people. It's your money and their game; play as you will! I will continue to play my games the way that pays.
  • I am having loads of problems with e2save and getting my cashback paid out. I have never had problems with any other companies in the past such as 3 and dial a phone. I have sent a claim earlier in the year and I didnt receive anything back (it was sent recorded) I have also phoned to chase but have not been able to get hold of anyone. I have sent 2 letters and not heard anything. I sent another claim recently and they wrote back saying it was not within the 30 day period. However written in my cash back guide and all over the back of the voucher it sates in the terms and conditions that my claim will be void ig it is not with them within 45 days. I have sent further emails and letters of complaint and still not heard anything. Has anyone got any advice of how I can get this back?? It is 2 claims which is about £80 so i dont really wnat to write it off.

If all was done 100% ok, then LBA giving 7-10 days to pay otherwise you will sue via moneyclaim online - quite simple, don't mess about sending emails, they are a waste of time.

My 3rd claim was sent off today to .....................................

    PO BOX 337
    CREWE
    CW28WE

Worried, I think not. Unless I get a signed letter telling me to send elsewhere then all future claims will go to the above address. Again, quite simple.

donkey1:- yours is getting very messy. It sounds like you really didn't understand how it all worked in the first place (or how E2Save work - more to the the point!). It also sounds like yours wasn't a price-match deal - or 12 months free (far from it). I'm afraid all you can do is check the t&c you signed up for - they are the rubbish they send in emails etc.

The 45 days is strange; unless it's an old form. It may or may not be the one to have used (they play games with that too). As I've said MANY times before, don;t bother sending emails, calling or writing. Make sure you HAVE complied with YOUR t&c AND can prove it. If you are satisfied on BOTH those counts, the advice is always the same:- send a LBA and then sue. I suggest (yet again) you read through my little guide covering many things, including the LBA:-
