but i rang cs and they said......
"the new operations are now at le11"
i said "oh? but my terms/website says cw1?"
they said "ah yes sorry the were in progress of updating this"
i say "so do i need to send to le11 from now on?"
they said "yes!"
can someone call cs and ask the same q as where to send the claim?
see if they give same answer
I hate to be the bearer of bad news......but they don't really want to pay you the cashback you are due. It therefore follows that if they can persuade you to break the cashback T&Cs (eg by posting your claim to an address that does not appear on your T&Cs) they will be in cashback heaven.
If you have any sense please listen to Quentin and mj....they know what they are talking about.0 -
Gareth83:- Yes. Can't verify the address (you might find you have two different ones depending on which button you clicked on your account and/or what they sent with the phone).0

I'm having a problem with my latest cashback
I sent mine as usual to the Dunstable address. I didn't receive the normal text so I chased it up using their online form which is now no longer on their site. How should I go about this now? Is there an email address to contact them on?0 -
Strangely since I have had two calls from this number 01509618500 which when I managed to answer the second one was a call sounding like a call centre and after a couple of hellos I hung up as I got no answer0

The one mentioned is the one they sent with my phone and confirmation email. I'll stick with that!

I've had enough of waiting nearly 2 months since they signed for the paperwork back in January for my 2nd cashback claim. I've spoken to customer services (eventually) who ask me to fax it to them again so their Admin dept can verify my claim and I should hear from them within 3-4 days. Well, still no cheque. I've submitted my claims as per T&C's just like my husband who recieved his last 2 cheques without problems. The online contact us/my updates section on their website is a complete waste of time - automatic replys. Customer service always say they will look into it, but do they actually do. I've e-mailed giving them 7 days LBA, and still nothing. I've never received a text or e-mail to say my claim is being processed, but that has never stopped me getting cashback claim 1. So, as far as I can see the only way of getting somebody to sit up and take notice is to pursue a claim through moneyclaim online. I thought going through an affiliate of Carphone Warehouse would be easier than some of these other cashback companies out there. :mad:0

warning warning.......
do not use crewe cw1 and cw2 addresses
1- sources say theres a "deliberate" delay in directing post
2- cw1 and cw2 post will not be redirected altogether.
i suggest u call cs
send claims directly to them where itll take a day to reach them.....
new address is le11 9el0 -
I'm sticking firmly to my original addresses (I have several depending on which contract). I always know they get there and will take the appropriate action if they don't pay. People playing their games will get themselves either no-where or into trouble. cr3sp0 is merely the latest in a long line of well documented people on these threads who have found that out!0

it doesn't matter how long or deliberate the redirection time is - as long as you have a recorded delivery slip stating that it was attempted delivered to the original address on time, they cannot get out of paying you. Redirection is actually done by the royal mail, and takes as long as it takes (usually 3-4 days). My advice would be to use the address on your T&Cs (otherwise they can rightfully reject your claim for cashback) but to post it as soon as it becomes due - that way, the redirection time doesn't actually matter.
Please don't post scare tactics like this which may result in other people not getting their cashback.
I am currently in the process of suing for my cashback, and the paper trail for the courts needs to be watertight, make no mistake!0
