    Yes I can.

Don't get me wrong, it's great that people help others out. But when the posts are in the "What's the matter with everyone.....", "No way will I end up like others on these threads" etc etc type vein then it comes across as "I'm great, you lot are idiots".

    Just my opinion :)

I think the point he was making was all the information needed is in the thread and if you stick to the rules he's laid out there should be no problem. Admittedly, the thread is long but all the info is there. Having to give the same info over and over again must be very irritating!

neney:- I send my Price-match contract claims to PO Box 337. The 462 address was used to replace the Dunstable 9old-style) claims, but I stil send mine there though some of those I llok afetr have been sending to 462. They NOW say 462 on the t&c download at the point of purchse (and after on your account) BUt Loughborough on the ones they send out! In your case, use the ones they sent you in the email - and keep the email as proof that you sent the claims to the address they specifically advised after asking them the question; the 337 address WAS correct for price-match deals at the time anyway, so stick with that. Email forms as soon as you've ordered never open. Things change fast and frequently with them now; my latest contracts (as always) have totally conflicting form addresses and the dates on the latest tow account orders are totally wrong. I can only repeat generally; don't expect the information they provide to be clear, honest or correct. As Microstar along with many others have found for months, this company should have the SAME wealth warning as financial products - ie. past performance is no guide to what happens now or next. I've had about 20+ contracts with them (4 current) using most of their different t&c and addresses and never lost a cashback. I've only had one or two minor probolems (resulting in one LBA) but actually also profited FROM their mistakes sometimes. Nowdays, if you get one thing wrong they DO try it on (and even do that often if people haven't fallen foul of the legal t&c). Again; avoid ALL cashback deals unless you have put the time and effort into the research AND keep constantly up to date with what's happening. Unless, of course, you're prepared to have the contract without the cashbacks if it goes wrong!

All claims have been successful with my contract with e2save so far BUT i have read that mail at the PO Box 4311, Dunstable, LU6 9BJ address isnt being collected, where should I send my claim?

The "new" address for these is the Box 462 Crewe one. However, THESE now get redirected to Loughborough. I still send these ones to Dunstable BUT am keeping a VERY close eye on them (I don't send these rc as I have a back-up plan, but would definitely NOT advise others to follow that example!). As long as I know they are being dealt with I am covered. However, at least one or two of the people I look after now send them to the Crewe address. I leave it to you to decide!

Thanks MJ:beer: Your efforts are most definately appreciated in the Neney household! Will get my first claim off sharpish to POBOX 339!

    So far I've worked out

    Connection date = 3rd Nov
    120 days = 2nd March
    Bill date = 4th March

Sending By RMSD (after photographing every page and stapling everything together!) on Monday 10th March to Crewe POBOX 339

Wish me luck! Will keep you posted!

I must admit that when I first read some of mj's post I too felt that he was speaking down to other posters. Having received concrete advice from him I can truthfully say that he is only interested in helping the rest of us fight the good fight against those who would try to welch on deals.

He appears to be (quite rightly) frustrated with those who are too lazy to read the appropriate threads.....there is a search function, after all.

My view?......more power to your elbow mj :beer:

BTW....I have beat mj to MCOL action against CPW Group:tongue:

And a thank you also to Quentin, who has provided much assistance on the legal side, in respect of not allowing the b&&&&&stards to get away with it:beer:

Lol!. Not wimp; just play to win and generally do! Much as I wouldn't worry about showing them up in court, I also want to continue to make hay!
